It's pretty room, the best service for customers. The best accommodation of chiang mai of Tailand

The booking with Trip.com was easy and straight forward. We booked bunk beds in a private room for 2 person but was told the room wss occupied and not available. We were offered a 12 bunker bed mixed dormitory instead. The hostel is located outside the old Chiang Mai town, about 15mins walk to Chiang Mai University. It is a nice quiet hostel but because it is getting warm thus it is unavoidable to have mosquitoes. The place is clean with a nice dining space with a microwave,fridge, hot water and washing basin. The hostel provides coffee and tea. They also have white bread jam and butter in the morning for us. The only set back was that there's a moldy smell for our bunker room. We believed that the place had not been used for awhile and the place had been surrounded with trees. There's an laundromat nearby.

Very good location to stay

The check in was smooth. The dorm was spacious. Shared toilet and shower were kept clean. A simple breakfast was included. I loved chilling at the corridor. The staff was very kind. The hostel is co-located with a meditation and wellness centre in a large green setting. It is very close to the famous Wat Umong and Chiang Mai University (vibrant student scenes nearby). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Insight Hostel.

入住當晚嬌小的老闆娘帶着小男孩給辦的入住（無按金），女性16人間床位房上鋪，有四個空調，寬敞明亮乾淨，下鋪的床墊太厚易碰頭，脱鞋+不銹鋼沙窗，女性衞生間很乾凈無異味，喜歡該旅舍自然環境（竹子，小樹林，草坪），免費提供過濾飲用水，有小電鍋電水壺，週一至週五有免費西式自助早餐（麪包+果醬+新鮮香蕉十雀巢袋裝咖啡），近免費烏蒙寺，因近清邁機場飛機起降的噪音避免不了。
