Ulasan Dukes' Palace Brugge - by Dukes' Hotel Collection

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Everything about the hotel is simply amazing!!!! Service is first class

It's a beautiful hotel, right in the city center. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Second stay at the hotel. The room wasn't quite as big as previous stays, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, great service and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Of course it's not a cheap stay, but for a 5* it's very well priced and I will definitely be returning again. The only thing I would comment, which is a very particular observation by me, is that tge complimentary toiletries are not branded. It would be nice to have L'occitane, Molton Brown or Elemis especially in a 5*.But as I say, a very lovely hotel and it won't be my last stay

外觀好看像城堡一樣！房間裏面很普通！去景點和逛吃需要走一會！早餐也很普通，常規的麪包水果火腿！十分想念中國豐富的早餐！

住了四晚，很愉快!酒店在老城裡，位置很贊。出門幾分鐘就到主街上，到主街口左轉就有家超市，走到大廣場鐘樓十分鐘左右。後花園小而雅緻，坐下來點了兩次下午茶，接觸到的酒店服務員都素質高很熱情，是酒店加分項。在前台叫了三次出租車，都是打表價。入住第一天洗手間水槽有點小問題，很温馨的放了張卡片和一盒巧克力。中世紀古城布魯日和這家古堡酒店，會是永恆的美好回憶！

酒店沒有什麼可挑剔的，入住比較滿意。地點去大市場步行幾分鐘，去河邊較遠一點，不過這個城市不大，走到河邊也可以接受的。酒店旁邊有個大超市，可以買食品、水果麪包牛奶都非常新鮮。唯一不喜歡酒店餐廳的食物，點的華夫餅不怎麼好吃。

應該是城裡最好酒店了。鬧中取靜，步行去哪都方便。房間很寬敞，衞生也很好。很喜歡，下次還會入住這裏。強烈推薦。

設施有點舊了 但是城景房開窗後特別漂亮 衞生間很大 有浴缸 也有單獨的淋浴間 難得 洗澡熱水也很足 早餐不錯 種類多 早上很安靜 房間隔音很好
