superb location. very good coffee at the cafe. staff was very friendly. rooms were exactly like in the pictures. i requested for extra pillows in my booking but when asked was told it was 100baht per night as they didn’t have enough. it was my first time encountering this so perhaps to take note! comfy beds, had a few bites but not sure if it was mites? the noise from the bar nearby was bearable. the snack area was really nice to have.

Rooms loud at night but if you're not too bothered by it, worth the central location in Nimman. Room size is great, very clean, free snacks and bananas/tea coffee in the communal kitchen

I stayed at your hotel from August 1 to August 4, 2025 and encountered the following serious issues during my stay, which I would like to formally report: 1. Discrepancy Between Front Desk and Online Platform Information On August 1, I inquired at the front desk about room availability and was told that the hotel was fully booked. However, at the same time, I was still able to book a room at your hotel through the Ctrip platform. This contradiction raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of your hotel management. 2. Power Cutoff Without Notification on Checkout Day At 11:59 AM on August 4, while my friend and I were still packing our belongings in the room, the power supply was suddenly cut off without any prior notice. This abrupt and unprofessional action seriously disrupted our stay and posed potential safety risks. We immediately approached the front desk to request a temporary restoration of power to allow us to finish packing. However, the staff responded indifferently and simply stated that “time is up and new guests are checking in,” refusing to provide any assistance. This response was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. I am not seeking compensation. I only wish to report this incident truthfully, remind future guests to stay alert, and urge your hotel to take these issues seriously and improve your service and management to prevent such incidents from recurring.

The location is great for exploring the Nimmanhae Bay area! The room is clean, and there are some ants, but not near the bed. A few come out from the pillars, and once you catch them, they stop coming. They seem to come out once a day... You only get one room key, but there's a box in front of the door to store it. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was incredibly comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay. And the best part is the fast internet. They give you 5 accounts to connect to each room. It's amazing! I downloaded the Netflix series and it was lightning fast! There's also a free bar in the center. Thai cup noodles, bananas, cereal, and milk are available 24 hours a day. If I ever come back to Thailand, I'd love to stay here again!!!

Very good. Convenient. Parking is limited but there is parking available. I'm not sure how they manage parking on weekends because I went on a weekday. The room was very good. The snack and beverage area was great. Nice!!

The room is modern, beautiful and very clean. There are complete facilities in the room. The staff is very good. The accommodation is also a cafe. The drinks are delicious. Overall, it is very good. Next time I visit Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

I like this hotel very much. The bed is very soft and the pillows are comfortable. It is just near Nimman One, 8 minutes walk. There is also a 711 nearby in 2 minutes. There is an authentic Japanese restaurant in front of 711. There is a South Indian restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel. They are all delicious. Walk along the road in front of the hotel for a few minutes, there is a large two-story Starbucks, suitable for one person to work. The hotel front desk lady is very cute. I stayed here for 5 days. It meets all the needs of life. The room has a small balcony, and it is very satisfying to sit on the balcony every morning. The hot water is adjustable. There is an electric fan. Everything is very good. Later, I stayed in a king-size bed room, which has an extra single sofa and desk lamp, and more space.

The room is quite spacious. There are many places to eat within walking distance, including massage shops, woven bag shops, 7-11, and Japanese-American restaurants. The activity function is quite high. The public space on the second floor also provides instant noodles and drinks in the refrigerator, which can be used for free. The overall cost performance is quite high. The only problem is that there is no elevator.

I was treated very well during my stay. The room facilities were new and complete, and the mattress was particularly comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The service staff is professional and considerate and is always ready to provide assistance. Located in the city center, the transportation is convenient, shopping and leisure are very convenient, and the overall experience is quite satisfactory.

It is very convenient to travel anywhere. The atmosphere is good. When I went, it was raining. The weather was great. There are snacks to eat and a place to toast bread.
