Ulasan Grand Plaza Hotel and Congress Centre

I booked a corner suite, but the soundproofing facing the street downstairs wasn't great. I could often hear modified cars at night. On the positive side, the restaurant food was high quality, and the hotel's location is excellent.

Great hotel an easy walk From all the sights. Breakfast was very good and well laid out.

The room is spacious with nice city view, but the lighting is really dim. Interior and furniture arrangement is a bit messy. Breakfast is very good and has a wide selection.

Incredible 5-star hotel

Amazing stay. Good location, near to bus station. Easy to walk to main areas of attractions. Breakfast was phenomenal and thoughtful to cater to vegans and different types of diets! Service staff were friendly and sweet and quick to respond to our requests for anything! Made our stay enjoyable. Have also stayed at the hotel opposite. But grand plaza is way better.

Great location and service

The room was big, clean, and very cozy. The hairdryer was a good brand and didn’t dry my hair. The items in the bathroom are thoughtfully curated. The breakfast was good too. What I especially liked about the hotel was that even though the checkout was at 12 noon the front desk didn’t call me before that to remind me of my check out. I didn’t feel rushed and bothered at all. These things matter to frequent travelers: respect of space and time. Thank you, will be sure to return and recommend this to friends and colleagues!

This hotel is really great; the service is excellent, and the facilities are superb.

The location is convenient, the bus station is within walking distance. It is a very typical business hotel. The hotel is large and also accommodates groups, so the buffet breakfast is very crowded.
