Just got back from this hotel and it was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too, lots of options. Location was convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the good outweighs the bad. Good location. Parking is convenient but car park gets full at night. Coffee bar is fantastic. Room is large. Bad.. internet is slow. Too slow to do basic things and definitely bad for netflix. Sheets..I got rashes after staying a few days. Service staff and car park guards especially was great.

The room is a bit different from the photo. No couch in my room. The hotel is a bit far from the main street but have lots of coffee shops nearby. The restroom is a bit old and unclean. I probably won’t book it again.

Great location with lots of cafe and eateries nearby. Walking distance to one nimman and maya mall. Have club and pubs nearby too.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. It’s a nice hotel at a reasonable price and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated. One important tip: since there are many hotels with the name 'Nimman,' make sure to specify the exact name when telling the taxi driver. Otherwise, you might end up at a different location. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. However, we did notice some small omissions in the room amenities. We didn't receive toothbrushes or toothpaste and there was no conditioner, but we did have shampoo and body wash available. The WiFi was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the free coffee offered on the first floor. Additionally, the hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for several hours after check-out, which was helpful since our flight was late in the evening. A good stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting the area ✌️

It was clean. Staff are helpful. The room is huge. There is a 24 hour coffee machine for free. 😂

The room is spacious, large fridge, some eating utensils and has a good view of Doi Suthep. the hotel locates in Nimman area where very convenient for walking to shopping and eating places. Good parking space and has coffee machine to self service all day long coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. So many good restaurants, cafes and etc. very good value for money. A few improvements could be changing of new towels. They seem to be ages so we could not see their original white any longer. They should be replaced long time ago.

Nice and comfortable room. Good room service, with all day-night snack and coffee at lobby. Enough parking lot in front and under the building.

The rooms are spacious, and the location is quite close to great shopping malls and a great deal of dining spots nearby.

Overall is good, room very big. My favorite part in this hotel is coffee machine is available in the lobby with unlimited flow, The Thai milk Tea from this machine is the best in Chiangmai. ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel has very spacious rooms and overall it is very good. However, because my room is near the staircase and the maid's storage room, it can be noisy. The soundproofing of the room might not be very good. The bathroom is excellent and has a big bathtub, but the towels provided have stains on them.

Gave a 4 star for location because our private car driver complains about bad traffic on Nimman. He said he tries to avoid Nimman Rd during school or office hours. Does affect us as tourist though.
