Ulasan Nantra Chiangmai Riverfront Hotel

This hotel was exactly as the pictures describe. The room is a bit smaller but clean and well-maintained. The room had complimentary snacks topped up every morning after cleaning. The water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic! In retrospect, spend the extra money to get a room that overlooks the garden. You’ll have a great view and less noise from the roadside. The breakfast was great and consisted of both Thai and Western options. Thai options were a variation of fried rice, noodles, braised veggies, boiled meat soup with rice, and steamed buns. Western options included bread, butter, strawberry jam, croissants, Danish, butter, ham, sausage, eggs (sunny side), yogurt, milk, juice, cereals and a selection of fruit. Sufficed to say, it was very filling. The staff are helpful, quiet and mind their own business. The main attraction for me is the stunning garden that can be viewed from the dining area making it quite a pleasant dining experience. I spent the mornings relaxing at the pool deck that overlooks the garden as well. If you want tranquility, this is the place. A fantastic getaway!

So good place , too clean , food was delicious , place is very wonderful , food ls and drinks inside the ref are all free

It was great, hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating, breakfast staff are excellent and always one girls and one men at breakfast were excellent, but all staff are helpful and great including gardener he always bring me ashtray when he see me smoking, and i recommend if your looking for peaceful time after busy day! this is the hotel to stay

We arrived early via train and were tired from the trip but the staff were so kind in letting us check-in a couple hours early. Great peaceful location by the river, friendly & professional staff, clean spacious room, free snacks, complete with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety and good atmosphere both indoor and outdoor. Would stay here again, very happy with our experience!

Friendly front desk. Room is new. Strong wifi. Coffee for breakfast is individually serve after ordering from bar. Room and bathroom are very clean. No attraction near the hotel but can take bolt to go city .

The hotel is cheerful. Nice rooms and comfy beds. The outdoor garden is charming. The pool is skippable because it’s essentially a fishbowl. The staff were friendly, but at the reception I felt like I was greeting them more than they were greeting me (maybe they were respecting my privacy. This could be a culture difference). The hotel was further than I’d like from the downtown, not so walkable in 30+ degree weather, but then neighbourhood they’re in has some things to offer. I’d recommend, but as a solo traveller, I’d like somewhere closer to the hubbub, whereas this place is better for families.

So clean and good staff service also breakfast is good. Location a bit far to walking in downtown call grab is comfortable

Nice location and equipped with modern facilities. Clean and friendly. Only downside, nearby restaurant noise can disturb rooms adjacent to hotel. Would recommend others. Breakfast was good too.

All staff are polite and friendly! The environment is nice and easy to reach different places in Chiang Mai. Except from the loud music every night from the bar near the hotel , the experience was excellent with this price.

I stayed at Nantra Chiang Mai Riverfront for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was decent, and the service was good. The hotel is also in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Near so many places, very good place to stay. And nice breakfast.

Breakfast could be better. Family room is really spacious with many amenities. A little bit out from downtown and night bazaar. Have bar beside the hotel and food are nice. Language barriers at times as there r limited English speaking staffs. Otherwise, quiet and spacious environment. They allow early check in and flexible check out arrangement.

We booked 3 rooms , stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed the simple breakfast. The towels needed to be changed.
