The room was big and super clean. The staff was entertaining. One of the nice is it was close to the mall and I will be stay in this place if I go back to Cagayan . Thank you leope hotel ❤️

Ckean and very accommodating. The room is spacious with good tv and WiFi. The fridge is very helpful too for the clients and water hot or cold is available by dispenser available at the hallway

Near the terminal but far from the centre. My hotel key was stolen but was still charged for the key.

When we got there the room was not ready; the bed was not made, the cr was dirty.

the ambiance is good. But still, no slippers inside, no bidet for the toilet, the blanket is quiet itchy. :(

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

Nice hotel, clean and near gaisano mall and ayala mall. I will book again on my next visit in Cagayan de Oro.

Hotel in the city center Not far from the port and next to the shopping mall Stayed in a single room. It was quite big. advantage: 1. Cheap 2. Hot water 3. Elevator shortcoming: 1. The desk lamp in the room is broken. 2. The shower head is fixed 3. No carpooling service to the airport Hotel in the city center Not far from the port, there's a shopping mall right next to it. Staying in a single room is quite spacious. Advantages: 1. Affordable costs 2. There is hot water. 3. There is an elevator. Drawbacks: 1. The desk lamp in the room is broken. 2. The showerhead is fixed. 3. Shared transportation to the airport is not provided.

Very good value for money for this hotel located next to the Agora bus terminal and the Gaisano and Centrio mall. 24-hour security service at the hotel entrance. Very clean room, comfortable bedding and air conditioning (+ flat screen TV with international channels) The service is of high quality and the staff pleasant and available.

Booked and regretted few hours later. I was convinced this is a good budget hotel as it gets good ratings in other travel app but to my disappointment. First I am a PWD so I demanded for a 20% discount, but gave me only 15%. The receptionist, with all her irritable attitude, effortlessly dismissed my concerns and dedma to explain. I let that pass. Stepped out of the hotel for the meantime and when i came back the elevator is under maintenance. The receptionist told me to use the stairs outside instead, only to find out there was no access to the third floor (im staying at the 3rd). Angrily complained about the situation, told the receptionist “sinasadya mo ba akong asarin?”. She knew that the stairs at the 2nd flr were closed. And she seemed to be carelessly unmoved and unmindful and annoyingly joyous for my difficulties. To the owner/hotel management, ensure to train your staff on proper customer care. Select the right staff for the job at least.
