Everything is neat and tidy. The floor is really clean. The heater is broken so that I can't get my desired temperature. Shampoo was provided was there was no body soap.

Flexible check-in is allowed. The staff and owner are friendly and speak English well.

Probably i will come again with friend🙏🙏🌻💙

Good location. Clean room and shared bathroom. Basic but a decent stay, good location and clean. If you are looking for a social hostel with events and people to meet and hanging out areas probably not this hostel. However it was an enjoyable stay and is in the heart of the old city.

ホテルではなく、ゲストハウスです。部屋にはベッドのみ、トイレとシャワーは2つずつ共有です。洗面所？もありますが水圧弱いです。 夜中にホテルに戻ると、シャッターが閉まっているので横にあるシャッターを開けて中に入ります(笑)

房間很小 也沒窗户 不含早餐 但就是地理位置很好 離塔佩門很近

First of all we had to move rooms due to air conditioning not working and the room was extremely dirty and small. The bathroom light was also broken meaning we would have to shower in the dark. It did not look like the photos. Then, one night when we came back to our new room we found our bathroom floor was covered in sewage. It even reached the mat outside the bathroom. When we complained they cleaned it up but not to a great standard and were not very apologetic about it. The staff were okay at times but (perhaps due to their lack of English) we didn’t feel they were very friendly or accommodating. The main manager seemed quite busy between working the hostel and the massage place attached next door. Breakfast was somewhat alright and the location was pretty good & central. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel unfortunately.

I accidentally booked the wrong date online and since I was already in the city, I decided to come to the hostel directly and speak with them. The man at the reception spoke very poor English, so I only learned that there was nothing available on that day. I decided to write to the booking website to see if they could communicate with them to see if they would have mercy or allow me to stay some other day. The websitecalled them multiple times over the few weeks and wrote to them, they never responded. Disappointing!
