It's been a long time since we stayed at a place like this. It was totally worth it for the price/value, located in a central area, they cleaned every day, and the staff was exceptionally kind, especially New (if I'm writing her name correctly).

Although it's an old building, it has a lot of character. It's set back a bit, but there are no surrounding buildings, so the morning sun is delightfully refreshing. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to provide face towels in addition to bath towels, and it's a shame the water isn't hotter. We spent New Year's in Chiang Mai, and the night-time temperature was 18 degrees Celsius. Even the hot water was disappointing. You can easily walk from the hotel to the Wua Lai Walking Street and Tha Phae Gate. The street food in Wua Lai is lively and highly recommended.

The stay was good. Room was clean, well furnished and silent. I liked the wooden panels. The bathroom is quite small, however the room is spacious.

Good location and lovely building. The rooms are full of character, not the usual hotel bland. What they offer is basically a serviced room, which is exactly what I wanted. My only criticism is that the reception desk was at times staffed by inexperienced people.

It's in the old town and the location is very convenient. My friends also liked it.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures and overall it was an average experience. The bed is comfy, the sheets were clean, the room was clean and the receptionist was very kind and helpful ＜3 The unpleasant part was the smell in the bathroom that was constant during our 3 days trip and also the fact that there is no window in the bathroom so sometimes the ugly drainage smell came into the room.

The hotel is a little old but centrally located in the Old City with large rooms. It is tucked away near a few local schools, so gets a little noisy at times. The staff are super friendly and helpful!
