Hotel di Huay Kaew, Chiang Mai

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights and wow was it worth every penny we payed! The view every morning and sunset was stunning. The staff is friendly. There were Security guards in the front of the hotel entrance day and night which made us feel more safe. We loved even more that we were in walking distance from Maya Shopping mall which we were able to eat delicious street food inside, catch a movie, and taste the most amaizing deserts!

Big enough room and quiet place. Good to access Niman places in Chaing Mai and night markets around the reaidence.

優點是三室有客廳，適合家庭出遊，清潔程度還算不錯。缺點是整體的運營團隊缺乏專業性，一是衞生打掃兩天一次，垃圾桶會滋生很多小蟲；二是到了沒有人員迎接，事先也沒有發我密碼箱鑰匙和Wi-Fi密碼，以後按照預訂的地址去找，居然有人入住了，後來不知道哪裡出來個男的，帶着我們入住了與實際預訂相符合的單位（所以郵箱給到的預訂地址是錯誤的）；三是預留電話服務人員英語水平非常糟糕，衹能加了微信打字溝通；四是最後一天竟然讓我們搬離到另一個單位，説她地方看到的是我們訂了兩個不同的單位（前四天一間，最後一天另外一間），我給她看了我地方訂單的截圖，顯示是一間五晚），還是説“you have to move to another villa”, “it is just next to you”，我明確表示不會搬，有問題和我的代理商聯繫，我地方沒有問題，最後表示我們可以繼續住這一間。總體來説，出了服務團隊拉胯，硬件條件總體是滿意的，閑暇時間還可以游泳。

Psych is the best hostel, inside super clean and neat, new facility and organized. The capsule keep you safe and privacy space, super clean pillow and blanket. Only one draw back is location. Not much gastronomy around, but Maya mall located 250 meter. It is small but suites one who look for peaceful and quiet place to rest. The front is not attractive. I would plant flower and green instead of rocks, it's reflecting more heat in the sunny days. I give 6 plus. See the images and the true.

Hotel was great. Good location. Elevated carpark to protect your cars from any flooding. Check in timing is semi-strict. Arrived at 11am and was told earliest they could do was 1pm as the hotel was full. They proactively offered to hold our baggage and gave advice on nearby attractions, spas etc. Came back slightly early at 12.30pm and was allowed to check in. Room was mostly clean with some mild dust here and there but no issues. Breakfast spread was good but it’s free seating and there aren’t any waiters to assign you seats so it’s slightly messy. You may need to wait for a seat as the restaurant got completely full at 9am.

Very convenient location which is close to the main landmark, one nimman. There are so many famous cafe and massage nearby. Highly recommend going to mother cows at nighttime for the fresh milk slushy.

Location was nice, with walkable distance to a big Mall and a Weekend Nimman Night market with food, music and good sights and sounds. Very convenient to get around using tuk tuk or Grab. Room was compact nice and clean as in all Ibis standard hotels. The front desk were efficient in check-in and very helpful. There was a Coffee machine in the lobby area which can use anytime to get coffee. The breakfast was nice and sufficient spread for the price of this hotel. All in all we had a comfortable stay in this hotel for 3 nights and will come back again to stay here.
