Hotel di Huay Kaew, Chiang Mai

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed, Pool is nice (could do with more chairs) Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool. Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

Hotel ini mewah dan retro Jika anda suka ***a Thai, anda boleh memilih hotel ini sangat murah, mempunyai kolam renang yang bagus, dan mempunyai gim percuma. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah lampu di dalam bilik itu benar-benar malap Walaupun ia dihidupkan, ia masih sangat malap. Jenis bilik yang kami tinggal berhadapan dengan tempat letak kereta di belakang Lotus Hotel Rasanya agak menyeramkan pada waktu malam

優點是三室有客廳，適合家庭出遊，清潔程度還算不錯。缺點是整體的運營團隊缺乏專業性，一是衞生打掃兩天一次，垃圾桶會滋生很多小蟲；二是到了沒有人員迎接，事先也沒有發我密碼箱鑰匙和Wi-Fi密碼，以後按照預訂的地址去找，居然有人入住了，後來不知道哪裡出來個男的，帶着我們入住了與實際預訂相符合的單位（所以郵箱給到的預訂地址是錯誤的）；三是預留電話服務人員英語水平非常糟糕，衹能加了微信打字溝通；四是最後一天竟然讓我們搬離到另一個單位，説她地方看到的是我們訂了兩個不同的單位（前四天一間，最後一天另外一間），我給她看了我地方訂單的截圖，顯示是一間五晚），還是説“you have to move to another villa”, “it is just next to you”，我明確表示不會搬，有問題和我的代理商聯繫，我地方沒有問題，最後表示我們可以繼續住這一間。總體來説，出了服務團隊拉胯，硬件條件總體是滿意的，閑暇時間還可以游泳。

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was so pretty and clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport. We would stay here again.

Novotel Nimman hotel is situated at a decent location just at the rim of Nimman where nice coffee and food eateries located.  It is outside the noise of Nimman but near enough within walking distance.  Maya mall is just 5 mins walk away.  Doi Suthep is super near so cyclists and runners will be happy.

The hotel location is good, near to maya shopping centre and all eateries, think park, one nimman. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is helpful, just that you will heard aeroplane sound, but I'm OK with it and it does not affect my sleeping. Celebrates my anniversary here with families and hotel provide simple decoration, got connecting room as well.

I loved my stay here. The room was amazing- a swing and hot tub on the balcony! Everything was super clean and spacious The staff are so so lovely they will help you with anything The food was tasty and well presented the coffees were great at breakfast It's got free bikes to borrow to explore and is in a peaceful area Would definitely stay here again!

There is some distance between the hotel and busy area, a quite place for relaxation. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if the air con could be turned on in lobby area and corridor. Last but not least, i am afraid there are bed bug in room, my travel mate and myself were bitten all over the body...:(
