Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! The Hotel is new and in a quiet location S.E. of the old City, although still within reasonable walking distance to the East Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, with many fine attentive touches. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. One snag is that there is no cafe or restaurant after breakfast time, except the ones in the old Empress next door.

Perfect staycation with family! Service was amazing. There was also a shuttle to the night market (at least on Sunday night/one way) at 5 pm. The swimming pool is wonderful and clean as well! Water in the Jacuzzi was warm too. Breakfast was only ok..like average. One complain was only the noise. If your room is a nearby the pool, you will be able to hear ppl talking from the pool area. Overall, it was a nice experience and still recommending you to stay here!

The hotel room was very basic but clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was simply but good- choice of eggs, meat, bread and coffee or juice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the balcony. Free washing machine and place to dry clothes. Nice outdoor seating by the pool. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. Nice place for the money.

The room was really clean, especially the bathroom, which I really appreciate. Both the rooms and bathroom have a nice aesthetic. There's a small desk, the bed is king sized, and the TV facing the bed seems to be around 40 inces. The AC worked fine. They don't seem to have any shared facilities however.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. It's very convenient for traveling around, and the place is spotless. The shared kitchen is a nice feature, allowing guests to cook breakfast in the morning. The accommodations are comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance—highly recommended!

Staff are extremely helpful especially Mr Dear always checking our Grab bookings and let us sit in the lobby while he look out for our car to arrive. Always readily recommend places to go upon request. Staff at the restaurant are so amazing, they are so attentive and remember our special requests and for the next few days served us according what we requested on day one. We appreciate Ms Chanya, Mr Jommy and their team for their first class service. Hotel location is good , 15 min walk to weekend night markets and 15 min drive to most malls.

I had a great experience during my stay. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the convenience of the location adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room. Fantastic stay and super money worth. Location is very convenient. Surrounded by massage shops, restaurants and a 7-11. Saturday night market (~10 mins walk) and Sunday night market (~1 min walk). One thing to take note: the room wooden floor is quite slippery.

My wife and I stayed here recently for 22 nights and really enjoyed our time at the Darley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms looked just like the pictures and were always very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. The daily breakfast provides a varied selection of food that is really tasty. For breakfast there is also an outside eating area for some nice early morning fresh air. The location is close to the US consulate (5 min) and Chinatown (5 min) but you can get anywhere easily in Chiang Mai from the hotel using a Grab car or Songtaew (Red Pick Up Truck Taxi). There is a Tesco/Lotus Express a 2 minute walk from there to get many small grocery items or use the ATM (the hotel room has a small fridge) and a Shabu restaurant next door to it. I had lost my phone in a Grab car and the staff at the front desk immediately started to help us get in contact with the Grab support, 15 minutes later my phone was back at the hotel. (thank you Jutarat and Tangmo). Honestly can't think of anything I would change and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chiang Mai.
