Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcome drink and fruits. Beautiful view from swimming pool and rooftop bar. Just the breakfast could have a bit more options because the price is big compared to the room without breakfast… I was gonna ask to cancel the breakfast but since all the staffs are very polite then I forgot about it.

For the price paid, I was expecting a 5 star kind of facilities, but a bit disappointed. The photo of the hotel looks good, but it is actually sitting in a small plot of land. So there is no facilities exactly, with a small pathetic swimming pool. The rest of the land is stuck between 2 walls by residential neighbors.
The room itself is normal. The only take away is the breakfast - western ala carte no buffet, is really nice. But unfortunately we missed most of them since can't wake up early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at ISTY. It's set in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk around in (though beware that there are no sidewalks in most of Chiang Mai so you have to be careful), and we really enjoyed nearby food stalls each evening as well as a full night market by the north gate. (By the way, there's vegetarian food at the far east side. And there are a couple of vegetarian eateries within walking distance, though I think only during lunch.) The rooms are basic (think shelves but not dressers) but clean and comfortable; beds are Thai style so firm. The co-working/meal area is fabulous, as is the rooftop bar; we spent a lot of time in the outdoor co-working/pool area but either wore long clothes or sprayed against mosquitoes (there were just a few, and an herbal rather than Deet spray was sufficient). The pool is gorgeous but shaded and on the cold side so we mainly looked at it haha. It was getting smoky as February went on (thank goodness for a couple fluke rainstorms that cleared the air for a few days), and there didn't seem to be much air filtration so our eyes were stinging even in our room--but I think that's true elsewhere throughout the region too.

INCREDIBLE..... We stayed for a number of weeks just next door.. Pea is super passionate about the best experience.. she is an awesome cook... and everything she does puts 100% effort. They gave a real talent for design and architecture in the boutique hotel and the cafe... they are currently working hard to get a bakery next door renovated.. We have got to know Pea, her husband and Jeff thier son and they are really special people who take pride in what they do If your either staying at the hotel or wanting to eat thier you will get a great meal with amazing people....

Hotel molto molto bello, di fronte all' ingresso del night market di Chang mai. Hall grandissima, profumatissima e completa di bar e angolo relax Personale cortese che parla bene l inglese. Camera molto bella, letti comodissimi (2 letti da una piazza e mezza, strana cosa dato che l hotel sapeva fossimo in viaggio di nozze, ma comunque erano davvero di una comodità pazzesca, andavano benissimo 🤣), pulizia super. Unico neo, il bagno era un po' troppo piccolo e stretto, comunque c era tutto il necessario. Colazione decisamente ok, scelte internazionali ridotte rispetto a quelle orientali ma comunque soddisfacente. Consigliato !!

The hotel was in a good situation. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. I see no excuse for dirty common areas and stained carpets. The through deep clean would help this hotel. The rooms themselves are of a good size although a little like something from within the iron circle. Practical but no detail or flare. They could also do with a deep clean. The breakfast was average at best and again cleanliness is an issue here. A spot of touch up to the paint work would be a good idea also. So all in all a tired dated hotel that is not cleaned properly but with good staff and in a good location.

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

A beautiful building spotlessly clean. Very omfortable room well serviced daily. Very generous bottled water. Great shower with plenty of hot and cold water. Lovely linen and towels. The staff are so helpful and generous with their efficiency and friendliness. The manager and his team are worthy of special mention. So he.pful in organizing Grab Cabs ( Uber) for me. A bright airy building, modern but in traditional style. I just loved the 0lace and will certainly return. Thumbs up all round. My highest recommendation.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.

RRlmeAMAZING STAY!! It’s super value for money, they offer bottled water / coffee / fruits in the fridge, staffs are super friendly, helpful and warm 💕 always greet us with a smile!! Shout out to Cartoon who was super kind during our stay! The room was clean, bed and pillows are comfy, LOVE the water pressure in the shower, I have no negative thoughts about this place and will definitely return!

Kkaoramuターペー門近くですが、静かな通りでロケーション良い。
一階のダイニングスペースに、電子レンジ、大きい冷蔵庫(部屋にも小さい冷蔵庫あり)お湯、給水機あり。食器類などもある。
シャワー、トイレは共有ですが、清潔でお湯もちゃんと出る。ただ、ドアがきちっと締めないとピーピー鳴る。
鍵はカードキーで、ホテルの入り口もカードキーいるのでインロック要注意です。
一度、インロックして外出してしまい、帰ってきた時フロントにスタッフがおらず焦りました。結局、他の宿泊客の方にドアを開けてもらい、フロントに書いてあった向かいのコーヒー屋さんのセキュリティーに事情を話したら、スタッフの方が来てくれて部屋を開けてくれました。

Located on the tiny street 5 min walk from the pedestrian bridge over Ping river and 20 min walk from the old town, it's not in the middle of everything but is perfect for a remote worker like myself who requires peace and quiet during the day and good sleep at night. The room itself was pleasantly spacious decorated in the classic Thai style with a balcony. Internet was fast, about 200 Mbps. Breakfast was great with 5 choices so there was enough variety. Overall I had a great stay at the Sakorn Hotel, it is awesome value for the money. The only small complaint I have is that hot water in the shower was not really hot, it was either somewhat warm or somewhat cool.

• It’s big and family friendly. We came as a family of 3, including a baby.
• Love the pool and changing room.
• Its near 7-11
• Its near with night bazaar market
• Its very near with halal eateries
What I dont like about Astra:
• Its a condo not a hotel, so there is no reception to attend to us.
• Trip.com sent us the wrong info to access our rooms so we were waited 1 hour at the lobby woth our luggages and a baby. There was no one at reception and they turn off the aircon so it wasnt a pleasant intro for us. IBut we manage to call trip.com and get us to assist us asap.
• There was no water heater in our room.

PPengguna TetamuFor sure a very modern, new, fresh building with security. Me and my boyfriend got room with 2 bedrooms since both of us had to work and take meetings. The staff was very friendly and provided an extra desk and lamp. When we got to the apartment it was boiling hot!! thanks god for the well working AC, after 30 min it was fine. The bedrooms don't have blackout curtains, so we had early mornings. The balcony was very very small and not cozy at all. It was great to have a kitchen with all the basic supplies. Ok location, close to the river, the night market , 7 eleven and a few restaurants. Walking distance to the old town.

Well-Appointed Accommodation:
The condo was not huge, but it was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed.
We appreciated having a washing machine, a spacious bathroom with a big bathtub, and a comfortable bedroom with a balcony.
Cleanliness and Comfort:
The property was immaculately clean, and all the supplies we needed were readily available.
The lounge and kitchen area, though compact, were comfortable and met our needs perfectly.
Free Wi-Fi was fast and efficient.
Rooftop Pool and Views:
The rooftop pool was a highlight! We enjoyed relaxing there while taking in the city views.
The property’s excellent security and maintenance added to our peace of mind.
Convenient Location:
The Astra Condo is centrally located, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai.
Taxis and tuk-tuks were readily available in the area.
In summary, The Astra Condo offers excellent value for its price, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
