Hotel Chiang Mai dengan Kolam Renang

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Large room and requested room provided on a high floor. Beautiful views, rooftop swimming pool and large, comfortable lobby area. Buffet breakfast was not suitable for vegetarian but they make a pretty good coffee in the cafe. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. In front of the hotel is a convenience store and massage, so make sure to have cash. I can't personally vouch for the massage as I had elsewhere, but worth a look as it's right in front of the hotel.

It is a very valuable 5 level hotel! The swimming pool and the rooms were super clean. The swimming pool was so fun to play as there are slides and a big bucket to pour water on your body!!! What a lovely stay!:)

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was the location, it was near the back side of Anusarn Market around a 5 mins walk away. However at night that street is a bit quiet and dark so a little unsettling.

Located about 40 metres from the main road in a quiet soi, about 400 metres from the Tha Pae gate, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Pleasant and professional staff, a small boutique character hotel with all rooms overlooking the pool and open pavilion. I had rooms 102 and 205, both smallish rooms suitable for one or two people, there are larger rooms available, the bathrooms were a bit dark, better bulbs would fix it. The pavilion is open on three sides with comfortable seating, the pool has a shallower area suitable for small children and a deeper, larger area. I will stay here again

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. The hotel room was very basic but clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was simply but good- choice of eggs, meat, bread and coffee or juice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the balcony. Free washing machine and place to dry clothes. Nice outdoor seating by the pool. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. Nice place for the money.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.
