Hotel is too dim. Not enough light everywhere. Location is still OK. Service mediocre. Room soundproofing not good.

Good hotel with family trip , it is very clean and neat with budget.

the hotel is close to the central Chiangrai (shopping centre). Not a far walk from the hotel, 5 -10 min walk. clean hotel, staff is excellent assisted with the TV. No swimming pool. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Not close to night bazaar need to get taxi/tuktuk or motorbike. Clean place, fridge but TV small wish it was a larger size TV.

Quite so so. Budget hotel indeed. It’s ok for a night but quite spooky. The ceiling are not fixed. Overall, it’s ok for that price but not recommended.

Quite far from the city centre, but near vibrant shopping mall Central Chiang Rai

Hotel was on the central location and was near to chiang rai central shopping center and very near to all the prime locations if ypu have bike.

Good hotel, good location, there's a cheap local restaurant nearby.. just if you order grab food make sure you request the cutlery

For Thai peoples fine not for tourists areas

Front staff s didn't always stay at the front desk and unavailable to reach by phone call or line because their mobile phone was left at the desk while they weren't around. We have to wait more than 30 minutes to check-in. And the wifi in room cannot work probably.

A little further away from the city center but a great place. The room, the price, the service, the everything. Strongly recommend…. Especially the presidential suite
