เป็นโรงแรมเก่า แต่ทำเลดีใจกลางเมือง ที่จอดรถพอเพียง มีลิฟท์ ทีวีLCD จอใหญ่ ที่นอนนุ่มหลับสบาย ผ้าห่มหนาสะอาด แต่ขอแนะนำให้ เปลี่ยนปลอกหมอนกับหมอนได้แล้วครับ เก่ามากๆ แล้วเคาท์เตอร์เช็คอิน ไม่ควรถ่ายรูปบัตรปชช ลูกค้าไว้ในมือถือครับ ควรจะถ่ายเอกสาร ให้ลูกค้าเซ็น หรือไม่งั้นก็ปากกากรอกข้อมูลจากบัตร ครับ โรงแรมใหญ่ ไม่น่าพลาดเรื่องนี้ครับปรับปรุงด่วน

The location is in the middle between the white temple and the blue temple. The night markets are also fairly close by using Grab or by renting your own bike. What I really liked about the hotel is the amenities. A large gym, large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and an average breakfast option.

The hotel is at an excellent location, very near to the night bazaar and weekend market. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick, and breakfast was good. The staff were polite and helpful. However, there's always room for improvements. The room had a weird smell, and AC was very noisy. Also, there was no hand washing soap in the bathroom. The hotel can work a bit more on the maintenance of rooms.

Hotel was clean, staff were professional and friendly. Location of hotel was walkable distance to everything we needed and wanted to explore. Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

ที่พักดีมาก สะอาด ห้องเล็กกะทัดรัด เหมาะสำหรับ การเข้าพัก แบบ เช้าออกเที่ยว และ เย็นกลับมาอาบน้ำ นอน พักผ่อน หรือ ท่องราตรี ในเขตเมืองเชียงราย ตัวโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถเยอะ และ อยู่ในย่านใจกลางเมือง ใกล้แหล่งของกินมากมาย ทั้ง 7-11 ร้านยา ร้านอาหาร และ วัดดังๆ ของเมืองเชียงราย ที่สำคัญถ้าเข้าพัก วันเสาร์ สามารถเดินไปถนนคนเดินได้ง่ายๆ ไม่ไกล สะดวก และ แนะนำครับ ในห้องแอร์เย็นทั้งคืน น้ำฝักบัวไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นทำงานดี ทีวีจอใหญ่ มีช่องให้เลือกดูเยอะ

It’s a nice hotel with lots of room. The room was quite large and clean. The day bellboy was extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you for making our trip memorable! The restaurant next to the hotel ( based around Monet’s garden) was lovely! Excellent food and presentation. The location is ok, as it’s easy to get around. It’s a quiet location about a 10 minute walk to night markets and bars, as there’s nothing near the hotel. I recommend to hire a car at the airport to make it easier to get around. We visited Doi Tung gardens in the mountains. The white temple was magnificent. Also the Blue Temple. The breakfast was the letdown. I request that the hotel please improve this. The hot foods were going cold as the heat had expired ( fire heat underneath) and the coffee was cold by the time I got to it 15 minutes before breakfast closed. Please address this issue! People don’t want cold coffee or cold “hot” food! I asked for information about places to visit and how to get there, but the hotel has no maps or brochures. It might be an idea to try and get these? Print them free from internet? No charge to hotel. The location is nice and quiet and there’s plenty of room to park. The air conditioning is perfect, and the controls work perfectly. Thank you Sann Hotel staff for an excellent and memorable stay. Please fix up the breakfast issue.

The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is simple but modern. The bed is comfortable. The location is very good, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The laundry shop is only one-minute walk away. The only thing a bit undesirable is the light in the room is quite dim.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan perkhidmatannya baik. Check out lambat sikit sebab pergi exam kat universiti tak balik check out in time, so keycard tak boleh pakai dalam bilik. Jadi saya pergi memaklumkan kakitangan meja depan untuk kembali. Saya bersedia untuk menerima bahawa saya pasti akan mendapat denda tetapi kakitangannya baik dan sopan serta denda itu tidak terlalu lewat (kurang dari 1 jam lewat, lebih baik jangan lewat seperti kami ㅠㅠ) Bilik mandi sangat bersih. Tidak ada bau rokok atau apa-apa langsung. Terletak berhampiran lapangan terbang dan Universiti Rajabhat, berhampiran Big C. Ada sarapan pagi (malangnya saya terpaksa tergesa-gesa untuk mengambil peperiksaan dan tidak dapat makan tepat pada masanya), tetapi lain kali saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Kemudian saya akan kembali dan menyemaknya lagi Saya sangat kagum saya menempah perjalanan dan mendapatkannya dengan harga yang murah juga.

Quiet place - clean rooms and beds - kind personal - no breakfast nor lunch but you can eat near the resort. Good swimming pool but small if more people in it. There is a good cheap laundry and 7 Elleven also near resort.

The room that we booked was cleaned but unfortunate that the smell was not good, but Khun Ice receptionist was super helpful and move us to another room. We have impressed the service and concept of eco friendly of this hotel a lot. We can refill our water at the hallway. Unfortunate again the room and the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate due to most of the rooms and facilities still under renovation such as the swimming pool, gym, and rooms that not yet finished. We would love to stay here again once they are ready with full service.
