What a stunning hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful with all the amenities we needed as a family. Each and every one of the hotel staff were helpful and lovely. The only thing that wasn’t in use was the pool which was a disappointment as it was undergoing some maintenance work however this is NOT the fault of the hotel but our booking provider that failed to advertise this information on their booking website. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend for families.

The location is in the middle between the white temple and the blue temple. The night markets are also fairly close by using Grab or by renting your own bike. What I really liked about the hotel is the amenities. A large gym, large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and an average breakfast option.

The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is simple but modern. The bed is comfortable. The location is very good, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The laundry shop is only one-minute walk away. The only thing a bit undesirable is the light in the room is quite dim.

Hotel was clean, staff were professional and friendly. Location of hotel was walkable distance to everything we needed and wanted to explore. Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

the hotel is close to the central Chiangrai (shopping centre). Not a far walk from the hotel, 5 -10 min walk. clean hotel, staff is excellent assisted with the TV. No swimming pool. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Not close to night bazaar need to get taxi/tuktuk or motorbike. Clean place, fridge but TV small wish it was a larger size TV.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan perkhidmatannya baik. Check out lambat sikit sebab pergi exam kat universiti tak balik check out in time, so keycard tak boleh pakai dalam bilik. Jadi saya pergi memaklumkan kakitangan meja depan untuk kembali. Saya bersedia untuk menerima bahawa saya pasti akan mendapat denda tetapi kakitangannya baik dan sopan serta denda itu tidak terlalu lewat (kurang dari 1 jam lewat, lebih baik jangan lewat seperti kami ㅠㅠ) Bilik mandi sangat bersih. Tidak ada bau rokok atau apa-apa langsung. Terletak berhampiran lapangan terbang dan Universiti Rajabhat, berhampiran Big C. Ada sarapan pagi (malangnya saya terpaksa tergesa-gesa untuk mengambil peperiksaan dan tidak dapat makan tepat pada masanya), tetapi lain kali saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Kemudian saya akan kembali dan menyemaknya lagi Saya sangat kagum saya menempah perjalanan dan mendapatkannya dengan harga yang murah juga.

The room that we booked was cleaned but unfortunate that the smell was not good, but Khun Ice receptionist was super helpful and move us to another room. We have impressed the service and concept of eco friendly of this hotel a lot. We can refill our water at the hallway. Unfortunate again the room and the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate due to most of the rooms and facilities still under renovation such as the swimming pool, gym, and rooms that not yet finished. We would love to stay here again once they are ready with full service.

PPengguna TetamuA very pleasant stay. I stepped off the bus at the station and needed a place quickly as I could tell it would rain soon! Found Bed Friends about 150m away. It's a great place, feels new, is very clean, especially the bathrooms and public areas. The rooms are spotless. I was in the four bed male dorm, it lacked a window but was clean and very comfortable. A locker for my 35 litre backpack and super fast broadband. Breakfast, not sure if this is advertised as being provided. There was certainly toast and jam available and I had a couple of slices but clearly it's not enough and I took my matutinal repast elsewhere. The girl at reception is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area especially when it comes to onward travel. I totally recommend this excellent hostel which is both central and yet quiet so you can get some rest.

The restaurant next to the hotel ( based around Monet’s garden) was lovely! Excellent food and presentation. The location is ok, as it’s easy to get around. It’s a quiet location about a 10 minute walk to night markets and bars, as there’s nothing near the hotel. I recommend to hire a car at the airport to make it easier to get around. We visited Doi Tung gardens in the mountains. The white temple was magnificent. Also the Blue Temple. The breakfast was the letdown. I request that the hotel please improve this. The hot foods were going cold as the heat had expired ( fire heat underneath) and the coffee was cold by the time I got to it 15 minutes before breakfast closed. Please address this issue! People don’t want cold coffee or cold “hot” food! I asked for information about places to visit and how to get there, but the hotel has no maps or brochures. It might be an idea to try and get these? Print them free from internet? No charge to hotel.
The location is nice and quiet and there’s plenty of room to park.
The air conditioning is perfect, and the controls work perfectly.
Thank you Sann Hotel staff for an excellent and memorable stay. Please fix up the breakfast issue.

IInspire28916027656This was in a good location, close to the market and bus station. The place was very clean. Each person was provided a bottle of water in the fridge. There was a freezer as well which was great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. They even had free bikes you could rent. They also had a self serve washer which was 40THB and dryer which was 60THB. There was a small pool in the lobby that was only open from 8a-8p. The only negative was that it required a 500THB deposit in cash which could be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand. For those familiar with hotels in the US, it's comparable to one of the nicer Comfort Inns.

Nnakorn thepI stayed at The Riverie by Katathani for a night and I was very impressed by the hotel. The location is great, right by the Kok River and with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Lanna style and golden motifs. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. I especially loved the balcony where I could enjoy the river view and the fresh air. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of dishes and a different Northern Thai food every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they always greeted me with a smile. The hotel also has a large pool, a fitness center, and three restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend The Peak, a romantic rooftop restaurant with a 180-degree view of Chiang Rai. The food and wine were delicious and the service was excellent. The Riverie by Katathani is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Chiang Rai. I would definitely come back again.

PPengguna TetamuChainarai Riverside Recreation Centre is an underrated 5 Star hotel which will blow your mind! The hotel is huge with vast grounds, multiple parking lots, and lush tropical greenery. Located beside the Kok River, it is a grand architectural marvel of well appointed rooms, suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

These overlook main road nr a traffic intersection and noise is unbearable, all night car/bikes revving up as they pull away from the lights. Light sleepers beware I had to take zopiclone to knock me out. Other rooms will be OK I expect and the whole place is such a great atmosphere

PPengguna TetamuFirst visit to Chiang Rai and enhanced by a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Their location is just a 10 minute walk to the evening attractions and the accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and enhanced by having a small pool area to cool off after a days sightseeing. The staff were all wonderful and particularly reception who arrange two full days of sight seeing both the city itself and the surrounding beautiful countryside. If you decide to visit this city you would not go far wrong in choosing this hotel.

MMaking memories everyday ~The hotel is at an excellent location, very near to the night bazaar and weekend market. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick, and breakfast was good. The staff were polite and helpful.
However, there's always room for improvements. The room had a weird smell, and AC was very noisy. Also, there was no hand washing soap in the bathroom. The hotel can work a bit more on the maintenance of rooms.

PPengguna Tetamuwe are finishing up a month in Thailand and have stayed at a dozen places. Everyone has always been very nice, but at Connect Hostel, the entire staff is absolutely awesome. They are always smiling, always doing things to help that you didn’t even ask for but they saw could be helpful for you (like calling around to find you transportation options that you didn’t even ask for, ordering new kids helmets for riding scooters since they didn’t have them, again without even asking).
They just genuinely want to run a place that takes care of the people that stay with them and I don’t know what else you would want!
Other perks- very clean, water machines with filtered cold water, pancake machine in the morning, very stable good internet connection throughout, super safe locked building at night, plenty of common areas to do work, laundry machines on site, 10 minute walk to bus station!

PPengguna TetamuAlmost everything here is great. Lovely grounds, clear pool and everything is exceptionally clean. Breakfast is very good and staff are pleasant. The only downside is location and even that is not a huge issue. Walking to the centre would take about 15-20 minutes but there are also a number of shuttle times. These are mostly morning and evening with a gap in the middle. As I say, this may not be an issue for everyone but overall this is very good value.
