Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Chiayi

Huge spacious rooms even for the cheapest rates! They provide free flow snacks and drinks too! IHG members automatically gets to check out at 2pm. Need to ask tho! 2 free cans of drinks for members too! Internet speed in room can be better I guess.

This hotel is ideally located near the train station which makes it super convenient for people who plans to catch the Alishan railway. The room is very clean and has all the amenities needed. I would definitely stay there again on next visit to Chiayi.

The room was superb. Spacious and modern. The snacks beverages provided 24hrs is a bonus. Not many restaurants, cafe etc. around the area but a short walk will bring you to these places. Breakfast provided by hotel was great. I would stay again.

The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

A great stay at Holiday Inn Express Chiayi. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The location is about 7 minutes walk from train station.

The hotel is quite new and the facility is maintained in good function. The breakfast was good quality even though there were not many choices. There were not many shops around.

Clean and new hotel, close really close to Chiayi station. Good breakfast and service.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. No major complaints except for one small hiccup with the bath towel which was not cleaned properly (there was a ball of hair wrapped in it). When we asked for a new one, the receptionist was pretty unconcerned and unapologetic about it. The pros are that the breakfast was nice & comforting and there's a snack bar that supplies cookies, chips, coffee tea etc throughout the day.

It was nice hotel, so I want to stay again.
