Hotel berhampiran Museum Of Old Taiwan Tiles, Chiayi

It's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage. The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point. Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan. One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets. Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

Good location but slightly run down hotel. Need to uplift overall hotel conditions especially hotel room and walkway to the room. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast require to improve such as served warm food rather than cold dishes. Lastly I went for toast to avoid disappointment. Not really suitable for international tourists.

Clean and classy hostel with great common areas. The staff in the reception is professional and polite. They provide free luggage storage. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bunk beds don't have that much privacy as the curtains cover half the bead. They don't provide towels.

perfect location...the hotel can be seen once you get out from the Chiayi Hotel.. Muslim traveler I highly recommend this hotel..the room is spacious, the toilet is super clean. And you can go to the halal restaurant run by an Indonesian just in front of the hotel..their food is superb guys.. The staff very very friendly and helpful (I face some difficulty with the dryer) shout out to the lady (maybe she work as a housekeeping) she is very helpful and very nice. And also the guy who work in dining ( he wear glasses) he also took an effort to understand my English and help me with the dryer... Seriously it was a pleasant stay in this hotel...

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Super nice hotel and super clean. Must have own transport . All staff super friendly.nothing much surrounding hotel. Driving to night market around 12mnt. If can provide free laundry then superb

這家飯店位處非熱鬧市區適合有開車出遊的民眾入住 Check in 速度很快 服務態度很好 Lobby很華麗大器還有現場鋼琴演奏可聆聽欣賞 頂樓有約120公分深的游泳池傍晚無人使用一家人不小心就包場了小孩玩得很開心 四人房室內空間不大但乾淨舒適備品齊全 唯二缺點就是床太搖晃會影響旅伴的睡眠還有隔音很差外面的聲音室內聽得很清楚

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。
