Ulasan Aloft Chicago Mag Mile

We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

The size of the room is relatively big for a usual room in Chicago downtown. But the room cleaning service can only be ordered every 2nd day at the counter as well as complementary water will only be given if you ask at the counter, too. What I like every morning, is to take away free coffee w milk for the way on the way out from the hotel for meetings;)

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends n family who want to visit Chicago. Great location and the facility is very well maintained and quite valuable for what I’m paying for. Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.

Loved the location and ambience of the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was the bed..very uncomfortable

Great hotel and location! The only complaint is the valet parking is often blocked during the day due to large trucks. However, there is a garage across the street so it wasn’t that bad.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy.

I was not told in advance that you had to pay extra for parking or that they were going to hold $100. Because of this, I was unable to stay because the extra charges were outside of my budget. I ended up driving 12 hours home and missing my conference due to lack of communication. I will be choosing a different hotel next time I have to go to Chicago.

The hotel is in pretty good location close to all the things you need in the city and all the fun places. The service people are incredibly nice and helpful. Coffee is served in the morning.
