Hotel Saradharam

Rooms are recently renovated and therefore good rooms. Service is poor. They charge for extra person but they keep amenities for two people. 2 bottles of water, no dental kit, upon requesting for 3 dental kits they came with only two. When i asked why only 2 dental kits and not there they said we provide only two. I had to literally raise my voice for the third one and finally i got my third dental kit. Same was the case with water. Breakfast needs lot of improvement. There is no idly, dosa, tea and the ones available like pongal, poori, and pod i idly tasted very bad. Coffee you have to wait like 15 or 30 minutes. Grape juice is not juice but syrup. For diabetic people the sugar levels will just shoot up. Sandwich don't even touch because there is every possibility of your stomach will get upset. I asked for 3 bed coffees through room service which never came until check out. One way it was nice or else i would have regretted. There is lot of scope for improvement.

Location is good. Rooms were good and clean. Complementary break fast can be made better. Parking for around 15 cars.

Good and neat rooms… food quality is not up to the mark. Breakfast is very pathetic. Rooms are good and worth for money.

Good experience, better rooms. But i don't know what type of option given while booking, whether free cancellation or free breakfast.

Most horrible experience. After we checked in realised renovation work was going on. We were taken to a room on the third floor that was under renovation, machinery, dust, tiles, workers. Had to wade through that to get to the room. After we complained we they gave us another on the second floor the room was so dusty and unkept. Survived a night and checked out early in the morning.

Location is good. Old property, bath fittings outdated, room not keeping the ac cooling. Veg & non-veg food served in same place.
