Unfortunately this is the 1st time, i had a very bad experience, when we were offered a room ac was not working, tv was not working, fortunately enough after calling mm t and some fuss by hotel people on how we cannot understand what they communicated (nonsense) we got new room. Managed day 1 and day 2 we went to temple in morning, to our surprise which we seem to have expected after day 1 the room key was deactivated, after talking to help desk got it activated. Day 3 ( day of checkout) went to have complimentary breakfast again to our hard luck couldnt understand how the staff who had known 55 people coming for breakfast tried to manage by providing the breakfast at a time for about 10 people and others had to wait for 10 to 15 mns for the refill, we left as we dont want to ruin our good day ahead, called helpdesk for checkout, surprise again the person who was supposed to help with luggage barged into the room with the key and we felt helpless ( luckily we were done with our showers and ready to leave). Final twist in our sad tale, lift was not having sensors my 5 year would have met with serious injuries if me and my wife didnt come onetime and tried to forcefully stop it, my son was already terrified by then, as usual the hotel reception simply says sorry about all this. Hope our sorry tale doesnt happen to others
