The location was great. It was easy to commute to the center etc because it was nearby central station/the happening. Staff was super nice.

This hotel has everything you need, just a few steps from Central station. Very clean and quiet. Free Netflix to keep my kids busy which really surprised me as most hotel we've been to charge money for it. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the room. At the reception, there are complimentary tea and coffee, fruits, Skittles which you can get them anytime. The coffee machine can make warm and cold milk, too. In the morning there are some pastry for breakfast. This is our second time stay here and we still love it so much. The only minus point is that there's no tissue boxes anywhere in the room and remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste.

Was a great nice hotel. Booked with no window for a good sleep. I woild recommend to book with no window room so that its dark and you can get complete sleep even if it is 10 am in the morning.

The staff's attitude is rude. The air conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted. The facilities are very outdated. The deposit is not returned for a long time. There is no soundproofing. The quality of amenities is very cheap. Hot water does not come out well. There is a smell in the room and bathroom. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this 28 hotel.

Perfect for overnight accomodation. Walking distance from Central Railway Station. Walk to shops, restaurants, Woolworths and Chinatown. Nice and clean. Great coffee machine and snacks for breakfast. 10/10 to gentleman on the service desk. Thankyou what a nice man

Great location near Central Station and good service from the friendly and helpful staff. Room was relatively small, particularly the bathroom which was a little tight, but this is no problem for a short stay. A negative though was that there was just one curtain when there should have been two, and it barely covered the window which meant being woken too early from direct sunshine streaming into the room.

The counter staff can communicate in both Chinese and English. The room facilities are very complete, especially the shower facilities are very comfortable. The hall also serves meals and drinks in the morning, which is really great👍

The service is good. With simple pantry at the lobby. Should provide some toothbrush and toothpaste as a simple toiletries.

經濟型酒店，房間不大，但還算乾淨衞生。房間裏有熱水壺，微波爐，熨衣板。酒店一層有免費的點心、麪包、茶水、咖啡機，客人可以自助。位置比較好，在中央車站附近，步行過去10分鐘左右；步行到達令港大約20分鐘左右。

房間小可以接受、設施不足可以接受、性價比不高也能接受，房間提供就接受不了：頭一天提供房間的空調像拖拉機一樣響，更換房間後聲音會小點，可還是像發電機一樣，也許是做飛機累了將就就睡了；第一天要求更換房間，男性講中文前台説沒有可提供的房間裏，想想也衹能這樣了，可當天來了個旅行團那麼多人房間都安排的好好的，有這麼區別對待的嗎？！還有房間衞生堪憂！

3泊4日させて頂きました。スタッフさんは皆さん丁寧な対応でした。コーヒーマシンでコーヒーやカフェラテが無料で飲めます。朝の軽食は日によって違いますが、小さめのパンや、マフィン、栄養バー、ゼリーなどがありました。サービス外ですが、フロントで伝えれば無料で毎日ベッドメイキングもして貰えます。また、変換プラグも貸して頂きました。駅からも近くてとても満足感のある旅行になりました。またシドニーに行く時は泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
