Boutique hotel at very good location. Just a short walk to Haymarket and Chinatown. Every morning from 7 to am there are some pastries and energy/muesli bar provided as well as free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Angee the staff help us to store our luggage before check in and after check-out .Paola another staff also help us check out the public transport route to to around Sydney. Great value for stay in Sydney city.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every comfort I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.

Best place ever. Prime spot not too far from the train station and a short walk to paddies market and Chinatown

Except the location is good and the reception service is good, other things including hygiene, equipment do not worth such expensive price.

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff and a great price. As a sightseer making a flying visit to Sydney I couldn’t have asked for more!

It is a fuss free stay, and the staff is friendly. Location is quitw good too.

Price was extortion for what you get and the room had cockroaches. For the price 3/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Good Location and very friendly and helpful Staff. Hotel is older. Aircon can’t be turned off and was too strong and cold.

The location was great. It was easy to commute to the center etc because it was nearby central station/the happening. Staff was super nice.

This hotel has everything you need, just a few steps from Central station. Very clean and quiet. Free Netflix to keep my kids busy which really surprised me as most hotel we've been to charge money for it. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the room. At the reception, there are complimentary tea and coffee, fruits, Skittles which you can get them anytime. The coffee machine can make warm and cold milk, too. In the morning there are some pastry for breakfast. This is our second time stay here and we still love it so much. The only minus point is that there's no tissue boxes anywhere in the room and remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste.

Was a great nice hotel. Booked with no window for a good sleep. I woild recommend to book with no window room so that its dark and you can get complete sleep even if it is 10 am in the morning.

The staff's attitude is rude. The air conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted. The facilities are very outdated. The deposit is not returned for a long time. There is no soundproofing. The quality of amenities is very cheap. Hot water does not come out well. There is a smell in the room and bathroom. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this 28 hotel.
