Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, we enjoyed all the meals we had there, nice riverside location.

酒店門口停車免費，酒店整體比較新，房間公區都比較乾淨，服務還是不錯，這些是優點。 缺點就是遮光不好，七點鐘整個房間就很亮了，衞生間門透光嚴重，窗簾也透光。還有夢百合零壓床墊太不舒服了，很軟是真的，但是支撐不好，睡起全身都不舒服，而且床墊和床一翻身都會響，沒有金可兒和舒達床墊舒服。建議大家就定普通床墊的房間，還要便宜些。

抱着試一試的心態入住了這裏，內外裝修都非常簡約大氣，很有設計感，酒店配套很齊全，咖啡廳棋牌室會議室餐廳一應俱全，進入房間第一感覺很好，按照以往的習慣第一時間檢查了床品和衞生間自己水壺，都很滿意，整體非常舒適，視野也非常好，貼心的服務，有種回家的感覺，物超所值。

1.衞生間有異味，一陣一陣反味。紙巾能不能多放一卷，留上一位客人用了剩一半的紙巾？ 2.花灑，固定不了啊，一直偏，還要掉下來。 3.五點半的飯，5.50才送來，訂飯時已經給了錢，上來還問我要錢，我都説了已經付過錢了，還在問，你們自己交接清楚好嗎。 4.吃完飯也不來收餐具，還是第二天出門了，打掃衞生的大姐端走的。

入住前值班經理有打電話詢問到店的時間和房間要求，早餐種類豐富，送餐孃孃一聲親切的“妹妹”讓心情一下就愉快起來😀出門後發現戒指不見了，聯繫值班經理説明瞭情況，馬上就安排去找～以後再到涪陵，還會選這裏～ps.江景房沒毛病，就是趕上霧氣並看不清😂

此次入住錦悦禮呈酒店，房間給了我極大的驚喜。 一進門，整潔敞亮的空間就讓人心情舒暢，裝修精緻且温馨，毫無瑕疵的床鋪、一塵不染的地面，細節之處盡顯用心。設施更是齊全，智能門鎖便捷無憂，空調控温精準，洗衣機模式豐富，衞浴間乾濕分離，熱水即開即有，洗浴用品品質上乘，還有高速網絡全覆蓋。 最讚的是觀景陽台，城市廣闊盡收眼底，貼心的遮光窗簾又保障了良好睡眠。更不必説 24 小時隨叫隨到的客房服務，有求必應，讓我賓至如歸。這房間的每一處設計、每一項服務，都完美契合甚至超越了我的期待，真心推薦！ （早餐超級好吃，種類很豐富！）
