The hotel staff has an excellent attitude. I added the front desk on WeChat, and whenever I needed supplies for my room, I'd send a message and someone would respond immediately. The efficiency was incredible! The hotel also has a self-service laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes right away, so you don't have to hang them in your room. It's really convenient for long business trips where you need to do laundry frequently. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of heating, and the comforter is soft and comfortable, so I slept very well. They even have a delivery robot that brings your takeout right to your door, which is super convenient. Plus, there's free parking downstairs. It's truly fantastic!

新開的酒店，儘管出了一些狀況，但是工作人員的態度和積極解決問題的能力是讓人滿意的。就是建議可以增加洗衣機，特別是入住率高的時候，洗衣服需要等很久。我們是連住的好幾天，建議打掃衞生的阿姨可以稍微再培訓一下，不是需要補的用品少放了就是一些小衞生沒打掃到。但是總體感覺還是很不錯的。值得推薦。（下圖是中途給我們換了房，商務大床房換的浴缸房）
