Hotel Chongqing dengan Gim

The location is fine for what I wanted. It is close to dozens of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants on and around Ziwei street. However, I’m not sure I’d choose it again. It’s a bit old and tired now. The rooms were once apartments; there is a small kitchen unit (no longer equipped). The worst thing was the disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. Even after 48 hours of open windows, it made no difference. The shower suddenly went freezing cold for a second or two approximately every minute (both mornings) and the utterly bizarre hard and sharp plastic spikes on the shower mat did not exactly improve the mood! The city view room is not worth paying for. It is a city view, but no landmarks. The traffic is noisy all night (especially with windows open due to cigarette smells)! As an internationally branded hotel, they need to do better in terms of stamping out smoking. I think I could have done better for the money and will seek to do so the next time I’m in Chongqing.

地理位置還不錯，3號線2口出走5分鐘左右就能到，不要走地道，上面有斑馬線可以過馬路，在右手邊的位置。 酒店在一座老式寫字樓，需刷卡進所住房間樓層。 入住需要付款100元按金，好久沒遇到收按金的酒店了，按金可以手機付款。房間衞生OK，前台工作人員服務周到，就是客房服務人員每次送東西都是板著臉好像客人欠她錢，體驗感不是很好，建議培訓下微笑待客。 雖然住在高層，但是還是能清楚的聽到街邊的車流聲和喇叭聲，晚上還好，早上會比較早。我們入住隔天，客房阿姨一大早在樓道用方言大聲講話，直接吵醒，建議系統培訓下吧。酒店雖然備了耳塞，但對於不習慣帶耳塞睡覺的人就不是很友好了。其他房間用水的下水道水流聲也能很清晰的聽到。 房間的雞仔麪是免費的，礦泉水是景甜560ml的，吹風機可以調冷熱模式不影響風速檔，不錯。

For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here. Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response. Cleanliness is tip-top and overall just probably the best hotel I’ve stayed during my many trips to China Any

房間好大，衞生和房間設施不錯。但從較場口地鐵行走到酒店，需要8分鐘，路程不遠，但道路不是很好走，拉行李箱有點困難。離解放碑步行街很近，附近還有一條八一小吃街。

Although the hotel is clearly older, all the appliances are well maintained and in good shape, my room was clean and comfortable - one chair was really ready to be replaced, sagging through, but I just used the other one. The breakfast buffet was very good with only one exception: the chocolate donuts were stale. Plenty of other baked goods were delicious, though. Location was perfect for exploring the heart of Chongqing and close to metro station Lianglukou which is a good starting point to get to many sights. I would stay here again as service was prompt and friendly, too.

我對這家酒店的評價非常高。酒店的外觀設計非常獨特，給人一種安靜優雅的感覺，li房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，且配備了高品質的洗漱用品，優雅安靜，樓下還有幾顆銀杏樹非常漂亮，總的來説，這家酒店無論是從設施還是前台小鄭姐姐的服務，環境方面都做得非常出色，旁邊就是FFC，辦公出差都很方便是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。

Stayed 4 nights, great location and service. Room we booked was fantastic, comfortable bed, large marble bathroom. Lots to eat and shop all around. Just beware if you are catching a taxi to the hotel, for our 8km journey it took us 1.5 hours as the city bridge was ridiculously jammed!!! Catching a metro I would if I come to Chongqing again! Also avoid the summer (& holiday) months - it was inferno Hot 🥵 42+ (but feel like 49) degrees in August, the whole day and night!!!!!

During my recent stay at Novotel Chongqing Airport, I had an outstanding experience. The front desk staff, Zhen, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled my check-in process. What impressed me most was that she took the initiative to help me reserve an airport transfer, ensuring a smooth journey for my early morning flight. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service made my stay stress-free. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Chongqing, especially because of the excellent service provided by Zhen and the rest of the staff.

住酒店遇到了超棒的前台工作人員，必須給個好評！ 辦理入住時，前台小姐姐熱情洋溢，臉上的笑容極具感染力，瞬間驅散了我旅途的疲憊。她手腳麻利，快速完成手續辦理，還貼心地為我介紹酒店各項便利設施與周邊好玩的地方、好吃的餐廳，細緻入微，讓初來乍到的我心裏特別踏實。 入住期間，我不小心把充電器落在房間，出去辦事後才發現，打電話給前台求助。接電話的小哥不僅迅速幫忙找到了充電器，還主動提出等我回來時第一時間送到我手上。等我回酒店，小哥早已在前台等候，充電器完好無損地交到我手中，這服務效率和態度，太讚了！ 退房的時候，前台依舊耐心周到，詢問我入住體驗，真誠地感謝我選擇他們酒店。這次入住，因為前台的優質服務，讓我感覺就像在家一樣舒適自在。以後來這座城市，肯定還住這兒，也強烈推薦給各位出行的朋友！

Dari saat kami tiba hingga masa kami mendaftar keluar, kami menerima perkhidmatan yang sangat baik daripada kakitangan, ada yang bertutur dengan sangat baik dalam bahasa Inggeris, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kakitangan dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu, penjaga pintu, concierge dan kakitangan sarapan pagi. Bellboy membantu membawa bagasi kami ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Daftar masuk adalah pantas. Bilik adalah saiz yang baik dengan tab mandi, pancuran mandian berasingan dan kawasan tandas berasingan yang menyediakan privasi. Sarapan pagi adalah hebat dengan banyak makanan Cina dan Barat. Lokasinya sangat baik, 5-7 minit berjalan kaki ke Dataran Jei Fang Bei dan jalan-jalan makanan waktu malam yang hebat. Hongyadong yang terkenal terletak hanya 13-15 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga pasar basah hanya beberapa langkah dari hotel di mana kami mengalami kehidupan penduduk tempatan. Kami juga mencuba restoran hotpot di seberang hotel di mana kami dapati makanannya sedap dan harganya sangat murah. Harga yang kami bayar, perkhidmatan yang kami terima, lokasi; kami pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi jika kami datang ke Chongqing lain kali. Kami juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Alex Tong dari kaunter concierge atas bantuannya dengan pakej kami yang kami cuba hantar ke AS. Dia menghubungi syarikat perkapalan dan meminta mereka untuk harga. Dia juga membimbing kami melalui borang penghantaran yang terdapat dalam bahasa Cina. Akhir sekali, dia fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan dapat menunjukkan kepada kami cara berjalan ke pusat Jie Fang Bei dan Hongyadong.
