1. Service Nightmare:
• Staff treated me horribly, laughing when I asked for taxi help due to my lack of Chinese.
• Disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude attitude.
They do not accept card payments, only wechat pay so if you don’t have a Chinese phone number and bank account you will be out of luck. This is not suitable for intentional business travelers.
2. Cleanliness Disaster:
• Entire hotel is outdated and dirty.
• Room cleaning is beyond subpar – it’s a disgrace.
3. Not for Business Travelers:
• Front desk staff are arrogant, cold, and thoughtless.
• Unsuitable for international guests doing business in the city.
4. Strong Warning:
• Avoid this hotel at all costs.
• If negative scores were an option, I’d choose that.
5. Elevator Nightmare:
• Dangerous, slow and crowded elevators.
• Waiting 30 to 40 minutes just to leave the hotel – a complete inconvenience. Caused me to miss a very important meeting with a supplier.
Botton Meijin Hotel, you’ve managed to turn what should have been a straightforward trip into a complete disaster. Your outdated, disrespectful, and downright unsafe establishment has left me disgusted, disappointed and depleted.
