Ulasan Clayston Hotel (Chongqing Jiangbei Airport T2T3 Terminal)

It's the worst hotel ever. Everything was dirty: bed linens, hairs in the bed, corridors full of trash, bugs in the rooms, no toilet tissue, items left from previous guest... Unfortunately, TRIP.COM DID NOTHING FOR ME, EVEN WHEN I PROVIDED PICTURES of EVERYTHING in real time. The pictures that Trip shows don't match the reality. I have complained to Trip, but they don't care at all and said they can do nothing and don't take any responsibility .It is a total SCAM.

Price is cheap, so please don't have high expectations. Also do note that the photos you see on Trip.com might be different from the actual room. However, considering the price of what I paid around 90 CNY a night near the airport (10 mins away), it is quite okay of a stay. Furnitures might look old, cleanliness might not be very high standard, remember the price is cheap. Some reviewers say that the front desk uncle is rude – but the uncle literally asked me what time my flight is on his own initiative and when I said 6 in the morning, he promised to send me to the airport which he did, which was very helpful. He explained things clearly, concisely, and gets things done. Overall, the stay is good if you just need a place to sleep overnight with an early flight the next morning. Verdict: just another misunderstood budget hotel, if you want to stay in a nicer hotel consider either pay more or leave to the airport earlier

Near train station and mall Very convenient Free airport transfer is a bonus

Value for money and convenience for next day’s morning flight, bonus is hotel got free transfer to airport good service. Around hotel got a lots of restaurants and subway to downtown 👍 酒店的老板虽然看起来不友善不善于表达而己但是我感觉他们的心是暖的！有问必答！下次有机会我会再住👍

Just opposite metro station -location difficult to find -staff do not speak English - ok if you are looking for a budget room

One of the best Hotels, the reception is fantastic,I arrived late at night around 0000hrs midnight and the receptionist was waiting for me and assisted with carrying some of my luggages, The location is 10minutes away from T3 so by taxi quite affordable, incase you use metro the Hotel is stone throw away from the metro station which makes it convenient to catch a metro during cold season.I highly recommend this hotel.Next time when visit Chongqing I will book again

It is a nice hotel close to the subway and airport. There is a pick-up service to the terminals.

The location is good, just a few meeters next to exit 7 of T2 airport metro station. The owner organised a taxi to bring me to T3 early in the morning. Communication in English was difficult but they were reliable. Cleanliness was not perfect but better than expected. It's more noisy than other hotels.

I believed most of the people staying here for the purpose of transiting. For this purpose, this hotel serves appropriately. We appreciate the free shuttle service offered by the PIC early in the morning 5am without having to request as he seemed to aware of your needs already. Thank you.

Located close to the airport, you can even walk through the subway station and take exit 7. They also offer a pick up but I didn't try it. To reach your room you have to pass through a backyard and take an old elevator giving you a not very nice first impression. But no worries, the room is nice.

It’s clean small room with queen size bed, 10 min away to T3 terminal, hotel has transportation.

this is a perfect hotel for a Late night/ Early Morning arrival, dont expect High quality on amenities or ambience in the room. they are a very hard working hotel, they will come and pick you up From Airport, take you to the hotel, check you in and leave. ww were so late, they waited Outside patiently. Kudos to the guy, i think he is the Owner. only bad thing to say is the smoke smell in the room, but when you pay Such cheap amount for a night's sleep what you expect. highly recommend for Budget travellers who has an overnight, or long wait transit via Chongqing
