The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but my window faced a wall. They didn't change the linens or replenish the coffee. The pool was out of order, and the breakfast wasn't great. The air conditioning was noisy. There's a Gaisano shopping center nearby, but it's more like a small, rural store. We visited a crocodile farm; there's really nothing to see as all the animals looked neglected and there were very few of them. Entrance was 450 pesos.

Best Location, service, breakfast, value for money. Nearest Coffee shop nearby alo good.

Place is nice. Lot of Restaurant below the hotel is located. Room is big and comfortable.

The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate families or a bunch of friends traveling together without everyone feeling crammed. The staff is welcoming and great with larger groups. Where They Can Improve: •The Breakfast Buffet: While everything else was great, the breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. The options were a bit repetitive, and some of the hot dishes were lukewarm by the time we sat down. It is fine for a quick bite, but they could definitely do better with variety and freshness.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of food, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start each morning. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and felt that the stay offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and a satisfying breakfast buffet. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

A nice place to stay for a business related travel. But was situated on the 5th floor below the rvent halls hence sometimes I hear the noise from above. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay.

Location is great, hotel is affordable . Clean room.easy access to restos, , spas, hospital. Some service crews were not friendly. Switch of the bedroom and bathroom must be separate. Imagine going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and awakening your sleeping family just to switch on the light in the bathroom. Some crews and staffs in the breakfast area were snubbish. Looking for affordable with great location hotel. I must say this os great.

If you need to work and need wifi might not be a good place to stay. Other than non-existent wifi everything was standard.

Clean new rooms, somewhat okay for the price, had trouble with thr wifi last time, stayed here about 4 time, ave breakfast buffet, slight con would be parking at times

Place is nice with plenty of Resto to dine in. Sulit. Place is at the center of the city

One of the best hotel I stay in Davao

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently close to restaurants and coffee shops. The complimentary breakfast is decent, though there’s room for improvement. The room and bathroom were spotless and exceptionally clean.
