This beautiful hotel is from the future. The view of the bridges, river and city was out of this world. The front desk people provide the most incredible service. I was escorted to my room, given clear instructions, shown how to turn on the screen for watching films and how to use the Bluetooth so I could play music. The bed and bath were amazing as were the snacks.
The decor of the whole hotel is beautiful too and it’s in the centre of the city.
I want to commend the staff again for their professionalism, warmth, kindness and hospitality - in the kitchen and restaurant too. These people are amazing and are very communicative.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in out of 20 countries.

Great hotel to stay at. It’s in a great central location and looks beautiful. It was very difficult to find as there is no English signage and it is in the middle of another building and we had to enter through a glasses store. Other than this, the stay was amazing and we were upgraded to a better room which was beautiful. The staff are all lovely and as helpful as they could be with the language barrier. Would stay here again, very aesthetic hotel!

Hotel is good location, a stone throw from Jiefangbei Tower. Room is splendid, big in size and the view is good except a building kinda block the river but still good. Lift is slow though and the four lifts are not connected which is quite strange but it is the building’s structure I reckon. Hotel lost out on their breakfast. It is standard menu and you eat the same thing everyday (not buffet). Stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Plus point: staff are polite and good service.

The hotel environment is good, but it's not a standalone hotel or a star rated hotel, which is the biggest weakness of the hotel. However, the hotel's design is very good, the rooms are bright and atmospheric, and the facilities and equipment are complete, making it the first choice for tourists to come to Chongqing. The hotel staff are friendly and will provide us with many travel advice. It is a hotel worth staying in again! This is the greatest hotel ever i stay in Chong Qing .Good location you can go anywhere for food and close to the train station makes all the travelers having a convenient trip.
Their rooms is clean enough and their receptionist is friendly & patient to help all the foreigners too .
Seems that their hotel management is highly well trained to their employees.
Anyway i have nothing to say but just one word "Worth"

First of all, the thing that the hotel touch us is when we wanted to extend our check out 3 more hours. We need to pay approximately 120yuan. But when we check out earlier 30min which is 2 and the half hour, they actually refunded us 30yuan as they said we haven’t fully reach our extended time.
The stuff is helpful and friendly, hotel breakfast is great and fresh. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting chong Qing 🤩
