Ulasan Carnmore Hagley Park

Motel di Riccarton Road bersebelahan antara satu sama lain. Menurut Ctrip, harga motel ini agak berpatutan. Selepas tinggal di, saya sangat terkejut, bilik itu sangat bersih dan melebihi jangkaan.

This is our second time staying in Carnmore and it was an unplanned trip, we even booked another night and they graciously gave us the same room. Even given us additional coffee because we’ve been in and out of CHC ED. Will definitely stay again! Amazing accommodation and amazing staff!!

Told I had a unit with one bed at check in. My booking said quite clearly “King & single”. 3x visits to front desk. Was told it was Trip.com who made the mistake. Was told I would need to pay more for upgrade to King & single. Showed proof of the booking on iPhone & eventually they offered to change me the next day as they were booked out. Cleaning: dishes left dirty in sink. Towels not refreshed. Dust/dirt around shower area. Exterior lights out. Light near my unit was out. My unit was tucked away in a back corner & it was dark. Asked for it to be changed for security. Was not done. The only had 2x coat hangers in the unit. ***? The TVs in the lounge of both units were very difficult to use. The first may have needed new batteries in the remote. The TVs in the bedrooms are a totally different set up & very easy to use. Very loud road noise at night. Had to keep toilet door shut to try to minimize sound through that window. Won’t stay there again.

The room was smells very stinky. We were very disappointed because the bathroom is not so clean. We bought a air freshener to make the room deodorized. We will not book here anymore.

Nice room and perfectly fit for up to 4 persons.

I have stayed at Carnmore Riccarton a few times now and cannot rate this place more highly. The rooms are always clean and tidy, it’s affordable and parking is easy.

Don’t get a room upstairs, the stairs are very dangerous. There was no handle to hold onto. The side was built as a wall with no handle that you could put your hand around. Noisy neighbours. The room itself was as pictured and generous in size.

Generally the room was okay and comfortable with clean sheets and towels provided and plenty of hot water and good kitchen facilities although it had not been cleaned well, lots of dust, including the top of the headboard in the bedroom and debris on the bathroom floor it was also positioned close to a busy road so traffic noise was a small factor

Linen and bed were excellent, however bathroom window would neither open nor close, so was noisy and draughty.

Fantastic, friendly service. Lovely big room with separate living-room and sink. Very tidy. Only downside was road noise where my room was situated. But nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn’t fix :)

It was close ride to railway station with taxi and reasonable distance from the airport.

The property is right on a main road, used for trucks during the night... so noisy all night!

What a great place! Friendly staff, easy parking, HUGE room; separate bedroom from the lounge and little table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette. Updated, clean, quiet (quieter after the bar closed on our side of the building) and comfortable beds. Easy access to shops, restaurants and church ~ There is a laundry that made it nice to use rather than the sink!

Fantastic property, very clean with lots of space and a nice kitchenette. Staff were polite and friendly and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the park which you could walk through to the city which was a few km away
