Excellent! The room is spacious, and so is the bathroom. There are basic cooking utensils available, and they are also clean. The refrigerator is well-equipped. It's only a 5-minute walk to the main garden park. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a supermarket nearby.

Poor experience with check in. Key was not in lockbox when we arrived at midnight and we have difficulties contact them after hours and hotel did not provide reasonable refund for the inconvenience caused

This place is better than what I expected . The place is new and have full set of utensils for cooking meals . Good location. Will book again .

The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the delicious brownies provided for each adult at check-in. The reception was friendly. The location was also excellent, offering convenient access to all the places I wanted to visit. I definitely plan to book again in the future.

Close to airport and not far from town. 10mins walk to the park and 20 more mins to the town. Several mins drive only to town. Like its spacious and warm setting where friends can join together at living room

They upgraded my room for free. Room is spacious and kitchen available. Good location and plenty of parking spaces. There is also washing machine and dryer available, get the tokens from the receptionist.

The location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Morry Creek. The only minor hiccup was that the motel's email had the wrong room number, so it took us a few minutes to find our room. Our suite was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was well-equipped with an electric heater and electric blankets. We also tried New Zealand's 'national dish' – the chicken pie – at the convenience store just a minute's walk away. It was delicious! Definitely don't miss it, as you won't find a pie with such great value for money anywhere else on the South Island, haha.

The service was amazingly nice. Book a room between our campervan trip, since our campervan didnt have enough storage to store suitcase so we leave it at the hotel. We we came back, the suitcase already in our room. Even they gave us welcome brownie, and its very delicious. Thanks for the warms service.

Excellent, truly excellent, very good overall! Parking is convenient, and the surrounding area offers a full range of amenities. Transportation is very accessible, and the location itself is fantastic – with supermarkets and everything else you might need close by. You even have the option to buy groceries and cook your own meals. All things considered, I am very satisfied.

The room was swarming with ants; there were so many, and we couldn't get rid of them. The dark carpet on the floor made them almost impossible to see. We were so disgusted that we didn't even dare open our luggage, keeping our suitcases locked even at night.
