Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Ciampino

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, dal 23 al 26 novembre 2021 Camera essenziale, pulita e riscaldata, bagno spazioso e accessoriato con prodotti e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Colazione all'italiana buona e abbondante. Personale cordiale disponbile e sorridente ( non sempre facile da trovare ). Danilo è stato gentilissimo e premuroso nel prodigarsi a cercare una rapida soluzione ad una nostra particolare richiesta. Ambiente familiare confortevole e accogliente. Consigliatissimo e chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in piena tranquillità, a due passi da tutto ma lontano dal caos.

Terletak di Ciampino, vila ini berada dalam lingkungan 10 minit memandu dari Tasik Albano dan Istana Papal Castel Gandolfo. Vila ini berada 18.8 km dari Colosseum dan 20.8 km dari Anak Tangga Sepanyol.Nikmati pemandangan dari taman dan gunakan kemudahan seperti akses Internet wayarles percuma dan gril barbeku.Selesakan diri anda dalam vila ini yang menampilkan sebuah pendiangan. Terdapat balkoni persendirian.Sebuah dapur memudahkan anda untuk menyediakan hidangan anda.

E' più 3,5 che 3 ma il mezzo voto non si può dare e credo sia giusto spronare a migliorare qualcosa. Il posto è fantastico, silenzioso e suggestivo....una buona manutenzione all'esterno , belle camere pulite e buona colazione.....fino a qui saremmo a 5 stelle meritatissime, purtroppo ci sono troppi dettagli che portano giù la valutazione. Primo fra tutti la manutenzione della camera: i muri avevano molti segni di sporco e sarebbero da ripitturare, ma quel che è peggio è vedere delle parti scrostate dall'umido, ristuccate e non pitturate. Il bagno è un pò piccolino, ma ciò che è peggio la doccia: troppo piccola e soprattutto col box da cambiare e il muro tutto ammuffito. Inoltre sia acqua che temperatura della stanza erano troppo al limite(acqua tiepida e stanza fredda al nostro arrivo che non si è mai riuscita a riscaldare del tutto), oltretutto condizionatore rumoroso che di notte siamo stati cosi costretti a spengere. Vorrei questa fosse una critica costruttiva, perchè il posto meriterebbe 5 stelle!!! Quindi vi consiglierei uno sforzo in più di manutenzione e avrete un posto da favola.Data la location ci siamo comunque rilassati, anche se senza doccia :-)

Bilik mempunyai balkoni atau laman dalam persendirian. Akses Internet wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan pancuran mandi menampilkan hulu semburan mandi hujan dan bidet.

We are currently on a 5 week trip around Europe, and have been staying at accomodation that advertises similar processes and facilities throughout. This is by far the worst place we have stayed and the only time I have ever had to request a room change (or even report a problem) to reception. We arrived in the evening and found that our room (suite 24) was very hot. We couldn’t figure out how to use the thermostat on the wall so asked at reception for some help. After a while the lady from reception arrived and also couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temperature. We also asked for an additional pillow each as the one we had been provided was very flat. When the receptionist arrived she agreed it was hot, and that she couldn’t hear the air conditioning working. After some troubleshooting she was unable to fix the problem, and left to go and contact her manager, and never came back. I went down to reception a little later to follow up, but it was closed for the night and nobody would answer the phone. We had to sleep with the window and door open for the first night, because the temperature continued to rise. Unfortunately this meant our sleep was disturbed by the very loud planes flying to/from the nearby airport. My partner went to shower and found that within a few minutes water was overflowing from the shower tray, as the drain appeared to be blocked. We also had constant issues with WiFi connectivity. It took several minutes to load the results of a google search, and I was unable to purchase a train ticket online for over 30 minutes due to the poor internet speeds. Streaming was out of the question. To make things worse there was only 1 bar of cell phone signal in our room, so using mobile data was also proving difficult. We had to catch a train in to Rome early the next morning and nobody (other than than serving breakfast) was at reception when we left, so we messaged them and asked them to follow up and fix the problems we had discovered, or change us to a different room. A few hours later we got a reply informing us that the air conditioning for the building had been disabled as they had decided it was cold enough at night to turn on the radiators. This meant that no guests had the ability to control the temperature of their individual suites. We asked for our air conditioning to be turned on or to receive compensation for this advertised feature not being available, but this request was declined. Our request for the internet to be fixed was also unsuccessful, with the only advice being “It’s fine, just reconnect” which failed to help. I completed an internet speed test which only could capture a speed of 3mbpd. We regret booking this accomodation. On both nights we were very hot and uncomfortable. I haven’t even mentioned the fact that our bed creaked loudly with the slightest movement. I would not recommend La Villetta Suite to anyone.
