Hotel needs miantenance. Our room has problem w the aircond and the staffs were really helpful to assist us and allow us to switch room. Room was huge. Bed is comfortable. Lights were quite dim. Okay for short stay. Pro- Rumah Mode is right across the hotel!

Room quality and cleaning not as expected. AC not cooling properly so can’t sleep proper in night.

Leaking Aircon in a stuffy room. No basic toiletries. Had to ask for it and staff gave two bottles on the floor. Pillows were so dirty that my mother had swollen lips after sleeping one night. Booked for 4 nights but not possible to rest properly so checked out after only one night. Horrible place.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Will repeat again to stay here when in Bandung.

Solid hotel. Nice staff. Rooms need some updates. Stained chair in my room. Could be modernized to be improved.

My room reservation was according to my order *suite room* but it needs to be improved regarding the selection food at breakfast which should be more, I compared to the first hotel which is much better and they have lots of food selection. Thank you

all good.. very opposite to Rumah Mode.. the service was okay, yesterday the light in the aisle of the room we were in went out, they immediately replaced it... the breakfast menu seems a bit lacking in variety... will be staying back here for sure.. 🥰
