My stay physically, was fine. I was extremely dissatisfied with service after the clerk charged my card for my room when the room was already prepaid. I mentioned "why did his screen say my card was being charged for 190$ and not just for incidentals and he told me it was not being charged for that amount. I should've known.. The next day the charge shows up settled on my account. I call the hotel and get put on hold for awhile then the phone just hangs up. Call back and the same thing happens. The next day I get the receptionist and she tells me the room was charged in error (exactly what I suspected in the first place) and that the money would be refunded. I was not happy as I have many things going through my account and I dont have the luxury of having money be deducted in error without incident. I asked how long it would take? She said the end of the day. I asked if she was sure? She said or by the morning. In short it took three days. I am disappointed and amazed how this happens and the only answer or solution I got was "sorry". For this type of inconvenience, customers/patrons of your business deserve better treatment.
