Hotel Cisarua dengan Spa

The place is constructed according the lanscape, so it's a bit hard for disable/elderly. They are constructing more rooms, without safety nets. So a nail fell down between me a my father while we're coming out from the car. Not fatal or injury occured, but totally not a convinience experience. The facility architecture is very American and in good shape. Minor maintenance needed such as cable box on my room (MG105) fell down, no shampoo available on the bathroom, the child playground's door cannot be closed. Gym machines broken. Other than that, the place is amazingly neat and clean. The staff also very responsive and accomodating/helpful. Oh yeah, my room which is 3 queen sized bed only got 2 welcome drinks. But that's OK. The housekeeping is aware that our room can hold 6 persons.

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

Abit pricey. Very cool weather in the late evening and early morning in Sep. Rooms are so-so. View not so great. Only good thing is the weather and variety of food offered in the restaurant. Breakfast was OK . As current situation prohibit guest serving their own buffet. A staff was allocated to do so. But she was coughing all the way while serving breakfast to the guest. Maybe the resort should let staff rest when they are not feeling well. Staff at the small lounge didn't bother to ask what I wanted to have after I've sat there for more than 15mins. In the end, I've to called out to them to get my drinks.

Perfect place to stay with family. The hospitality was good. There are many kids activity that will enjoy your kids while staying at the hotel.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

************* dapat kamar best view.. dan harga paling murah dr aplikasi lain. Sarapan luar biasa Masya Allah.. Hanya saja tangganya banyak bgt kalau menginap d seruni 2🥲 sekedar saran setidaknya ada lift langsung menuju menara eiffel nya dong.. kasian sama kaki kerja berat kalau nginep d seruni 2😂 Yg lainnya sudah ter D best.. harga masih masuk akal dengan fasilitas yg wuuuahhhh🥰😍😍

Hotelnya bersih, nya,an, sarapannya juga enak, dan anak2 senang main dinkolam renang dan banyak spot barunya. Terimakasih
