Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

Great location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount.

位置非常好，麪西看達爾文最美落日與晚霞，設施齊全，**、意餐、中餐，泳池……，前台服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，麪對瀉湖泳池，室內麪積也夠大。 缺點就是從房間進衛生間的門太厚重，每次進出會自動關閉，麻煩而且關門瞬間聲音很大。 結賬的時候才知道迷你吧裏面的礦泉水是收費的，但是housekeeping和檢查迷你吧的服務生進房間的時候都說是免費的，結果結賬的時候四瓶收24澳幣，懶得再跟前台講理論，感覺也是見人下菜碟，好說話的人就收錢。 訂房最好不要含早餐，因為含早衹能選幾種固定餐食（見圖）飲料衹能選黑咖啡和英式紅茶，千萬要注意喝水的杯子，有一次杯子就根本沒洗乾淨，裏面還有別人吃剩下的殘渣。餐廳服務員大多佛系，忙忙碌碌但是丟三落四，點的全麥麵包，上來的卻是白麵包，答應更換以後就在沒下文了，自己衹能自認倒霉惺惺離去，這也算是達爾文最好的酒店啦。每晚4-5千人民幣 但是跟國內同價格的酒店比起來還是服務就查好多，酒店設施也老舊了一點。

We stayed 2 nights in Darwin resort with different bookings and different prices The resort was short of staff Therefore the first accomodatiion was not clean The second night was good The staff was very helpful when a door did not close properly immediately several technicians were sent to fix it The location is perfect if hyoid want to be close to darwin fannnie baye and close to the airport The location is next to a military base with planes coming over very low m as only in the morning and at the end of the day Overall we enjoyed our stay

Overpriced for the rooms available. Rooms desperately appear to need renewal. Carpets are worn and replacement squares poorly installed. Rusty appliances and door frames. Good range of quality soaps and lotions. Staffing shortages and full house meant waiting until roughly 6pm for our room but only one hour late check out... Tiny rooms with poor outlook unless you go out to the balcony in our room. I won't return, too many better options around Darwin.

A groovy little resort. We epecially loved our time around the pool, taking advantage, along with other guests, of the special little tropical cocktail bar. All of the reception staff were wonderful! They all went right out of their way to help us out in a situation caused by flight changes. Standout, was the girl on late night shift, Monday 29th August. Very happy with this place. Daryl and Cathy.

The location is perfect but this place do not have a daily cleaning and no restaurant on site.  The staff are very friendly and helpful though The aircon brokedown for a night and it was really hot.  Bins inside the room are too small given that the cleaning doesnt come everyday. They said it's every 7th day. We stayed for 4 nights by the way. Will definitely have to ask this everytime I book Mantra hotels

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.
