The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they organised my taxis to and from the airport during my stay. Level of English speaking is high, so easy for the international travelers. I did not try the breakfast as my days started too early. The room was big and temperature was perfect. Bed bit hard, but I like that, I slept well. The hotel is also very quiet which helps with a good night sleep. The only downside is that ( most hotels do this) there is the sign that if you want your towels changed put them on the floor. I left mine hanging, but they still got changed. This is not following the procedure as advertised or helping the environment. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Rewelacyjny hotel w ścisłym centrum Pescary. Tuż przy przystanku (z lotniska) oraz przy przystanku w inne części miasta oraz okolice Pescary. Bardzo przyjazna atmosfera na recepcji, smaczne i obfite śniadania, dwie windy, szerokie korytarze, piękne widoki z okien z górnych pięter. Wejście za pomocą karty. Również do hotelu w godzinach nocnych. Bardzo blisko centrum oraz deptaku z licznymi restauracjami. Na przeciwko świetna kawiarnia. Do morza jest 10-15min spacerem. Można zostawić bagaż blisko recepcji. Polecam

ho soggiornato due notti e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. la villa è stupenda ed è situata in posizione ottimale per gli spostamenti. vi è un parcheggio interno gratuito. la zona è tranquilla , le camere impeccabili, ottima la colazione. da aggiungere la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei gestori.

Siamo stati in questo b&b per una notte ma solo dopo aver prenotato la proprietaria mi ha detto che la mia stanza avrebbe avuto un bagno privato ma esterno alla stanza quindi bisognava uscire dalla stanza su un pianerottolo in cui c è anche un ‘ulteriore stanza costretti così ad uscire vestiti o comunque non in libertà… non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché abbiamo scelto la formula del solo pernotto , carina L idea del check in automatico che sembra una caccia al tesoro , il parcheggio è gratuito all interno ma davvero stretto e faticoso per fare manovre con macchine grandi… scale per raggiungere i piani molto strette e con le valige diventa un po’ faticoso anche perché non sono sicura di aver visto un ascensore… consiglierei di migliorare la pulizia degli ambienti perché nella stanza ho trovato tanta polvere sui comodini, testiera del letto e a terra e per chi è anche allergico dormire in quelle condizioni non è L ‘ideale … le finestre non permettono di isolare i suoni esterni quindi si può sentire di tutto durante la notte … proprietaria sentita solo tramite mail e whatsapp ma molto cordiale.. il b&b si trova in una zona comoda perché vicina al mare e al centro ( credo a max 3 km)

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Ci siamo fermati perchè di passaggio, al nostro arrivo l'accoglienza è stata decisamente gradevole, abbiamo ricevuto grande disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. La camera molto grande, in realtà erano 2 stanze con angolo cottura, bagno ampio e piacevole balcone dal quale si intravedeva uno scorcio di mare. Buona la pulizia, letti tutto sommato accettabili, ad eccezione dei cuscini troppo sottili. Colazione varia, nonostante siamo arrivati abbastanza tardi abbiamo avuto ugualmente modo di trattenerci con grande disponibilità del personale. Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione delle stanze assente, abbiamo avuto dei ”vicini di stanza” alquanto rumorosi fino alle 3 di notte, sembrava stessero in camera con noi per quanto si sentivano! Per il resto tutto ok, ci tornerei sicuramente.
