Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay in a Premier inn again. Only issue I had was minor and was with the breakfast. This was in the Beefeater restaurant. Some of the veggie/vegan options in the cooked breakfast seemed to be missing. Otherwise the choice overall was good, and I didn't need to ask for soya milk.

The room was very clean and comfortable, The only problem I found was that there was no safety mat in the bath which I thought due to health and safety issues, all hotel rooms should have them, I did slip in the bath, and reported it to reception, but she said you had to request a mat if you wanted one. This is very dangerous especially for the elderly

Came here after the Ultimate Stance car show in Telford and wanted to stay the night before driving back home. Everything was positive and I really enjoyed my meal and breakfast which was included in the meal deal. Clean room with plenty of decent facilities. Will be coming back next year 100%

I travelled with a group and we stayed at Premier Inn City center. During breakfast, ALAN (THE GENERAL MANAGER can you believe), shouted at a member of the group who simply called him politely to get his attention. His behaviour was absolutely disgusting and an embarrassment to him and the organisation. Haley (regional manager), i trust as his manager you do not condone this kind of behaviour towards paying guests. He should not be allowed back to work. I will be logging a formal complaint and will not be returning and strongly advise that no-one else comes here either.

Booked to stay here as my son and myself had booked a trip to the Grand Theatre . Only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Very helpful staff, especially in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast.
