"The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s location is very strategic, right in the city center. The staff provided excellent and friendly service.
However, the condition of the restrooms on Level 1 near the cafeteria was quite disappointing — out of four restrooms, only one was usable as the others were clogged. Hopefully, the hotel management will take steps to improve this."

"Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired."

"Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻"

AAm RoslyLocation in the middle of Kota Bahru city. Easy to access. The distance is only 10 minutes to Wakaf Che Yeh. The size of the house is quite large and comfortable for 4 adults. Parking is available. The swimming pool is also large, suitable for those staying with children

AANIS AMALIN ASSAADAHWhen we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.

JJY SinI had a wonderful stay at Suite Us Guest House during my recent trip to Kelantan for a meeting at USM Kelantan. The location was incredibly convenient, walking distance to the university, which made my commute stress-free and easy.
The guest house itself was clean and quiet, perfect for getting some rest. Highly recommended for anyone visiting USM Kelantan or the surrounding area!

Cons: bathroom seriously need and upgrade, mold everywhere and do not look clean. The room also have a look wear and tear. Need and upgrade as well.
The hotel is in a very good location, room spacious and definitely the area have a Madinah/Mecca like feeling. Easy to go to Muhammadi mosque. But the hotel ia in serious need of an upgrade and renovation.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.
