We had a booked in advance a couple weeks ago and my partner and I arrived at the house a couple of hours after the check-in date. We rang the doorbell and while waiting several minutes outside for someone to let us in we get a call from the house (we were standing outside in the cold I don't know why they wouldn't let us in?) and they told us that due to some hygiene reason we couldn't stay in our room that night. I offered to come in later but they flat out said no to that. It was very inconvenient as it was a late Saturday afternoon and they hadn't even bothered to contact us before we reached the location. The person on the phone was good enough to offer to book another place to stay nearby but it was all done on the phone and was quite confusing and honestly very frustrating. If I hadn't arrived at that time I would have checked-in much later and would have possibly not been able to book anywhere close-by making this a huge inconvenience. This could have been saved if they had just called us earlier.

Super friendly service. They honestly couldn't do enough to help us. The Executive Suite was amazing, clean, spacious, quiet and they had thought of absolutely everything. Super close to the city, great for a night out, fast room service, plenty of secured parking...and we thoroughly enjoyed the Buffet breakfast the next day. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend Country Comfort.

Well located in well serviced budget accommodation $13 Uber from the airport in normal times stayed here before always clean and tidy into the standard you expect for a budget price Reception is open late and service people there are always very friendly and supportive. try to get the beds without the bunks on top if you’re only afterw room for one or two people. I keep coming back as it’s an Accor property so a level of service guaranteed and easier than an Airbnb - at about the same price

We’re quite happy with the room, it’s cleanliness and quiet surroundings. The counter staffs were friendly and helpful.There are quite a few restaurants within walking distances. The weather in Perth then was fantastic.

ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. FOOD WAS GOOD, SO GLAD THERE WAS A RESTURANT ONSITE AND DID NOT HAVE OT WALK TO GET FOOD. SHUTTLE BUS WAS GOOD AS YOU DID NOT HAVE TO WIT AROUND FOR A TAXI.

Went for lunch with friends today. This is a very attractive venue lovely dining areas that look out to glimpses of the river. The menu is quite adequate with something suitable for most people. The waiter taking our order was organised and polite. Delivery was not so good. We ordered four dishes. The first dish was delivered after about 20 mins. The next after another 10, the last after another 5. The use of a robot waiter for delivery, may look very high tech, but really stupid. The live and breathing waiter had to stand by the table and wait for the thing to trundle around and allow him to remove the two plates and place them on our table. I fail to see how this is improving efficiency. The dishes were OK, but HJ's does better burgers. It appeared that the aircon was turned off about 1:30 and the room heated up rapidly. We took the hint and left. Went to pay and no split billing available. Extremely unlikely to ever come back.

Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. Car parking pretty tight, close to major transport routes. Staff friendly, not much more you can say really. Despite there being lots of units in the motel complex it was quiet overnight. No frills, basic accommodation.

We found these apartments to be everything we needed. Ultimately we didn't use the courtyard, nor the TV, but the tea and coffee making facilities were welcome. We found the bed comfortable, the noise minimal, and the shower good. The location was convenient although we didn't need the shuttle to the airport. We'd certainly recommend this location for travellers wishing to be close to the airport.
