Hotel terbaik di Iskandar Puteri

Perkhidmatan yang cekap dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu hingga pengemasan. Saya menghubungi barisan hadapan pada hari ketibaan atas permintaan khas saya & akan mendaftar masuk sekitar jam 7 malam. Lelaki barisan hadapan itu ramah semasa di telefon. Ruang bilik sesuai untuk 2 orang dewasa & yang mengejutkan terdapat kerusi santai kecil. Kerusi santai tidak tersedia pada penginapan saya sebelum ini di bilik Studio Premier. Semuanya telah siap di dalam bilik tetapi malangnya tiada saluran antarabangsa seperti HBO dan lain-lain berbanding bilik Studio Premier. Saya masih menghargainya. Pemandangan yang menakjubkan siang n malam. Sarapan percuma untuk 2 pax & saya tambah RM40 untuk 2 kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang sangat mesra dan berorientasikan daripada kakitangan.

Pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Hotel ini agak lama dan beberapa perisian dan perkakasan masih belum dikemas kini. Kemudahan: Lama, sedikit kotor Kebersihan: sederhana, walaupun di dalam bilik Persekitaran: Persekitarannya sangat bersih, dipenuhi dengan pokok-pokok hijau, dan berhampiran dengan dua taman hiburan, yang bagus Perkhidmatan: OK, tiada yang istimewa, luar biasa, agak tegar

Nice and clean room, love the flower scent, pleasant stay. It’s a quiet location not much to see and eat, for a night stay is good, not too many, can  be boring.

Fantastic hotel room with a full sized playground slide, rock climbing wall and other fun play things within the room itself. Also has projector screen TV loaded with awesome sound system. 2 of the beds are situation in the loft level and you can just lepak from the bed to watch the screen! Hotel is very well-maintained with very good large swimming pool, 2 full sized clean and nice playgrounds, and other amentities like gym etc. Only thing is that it's located near Big Box and Legoland side of JB, not near the JB central and other mall areas.

Check in was a breeze but accommodation cleanliness need to be improved. We stayed at 3 bedroom penthouse with enough beds for 8 pax. Overall cleanliness can be improved, no tissue provided while only half a toilet roll to share amongst 6 pax.

We had a great stay! Smooth check-in. Room is huge and clean. 24hrs eatery nearby. Will definitely be back here again for a longer stay. :) This place is actually called Trinidad Suites. Just that their name on Trip.com probably not updated.

Great place to stay especialy for family. Very clean and has complete utensils for cooking. Has toys for kids and swimming pool! Wifi internet connection is fast. Near Merdini Mall and Legoland!

It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests.

I have to take a ride to collect the key from the agent and back to the Apartment. Time waste for running the trip.
