Mini staycation for the family.
Location was not ideal in the sense that it wasn't close to the motorway and it was considerable travel time from Panania Hotel to say for example Illawong or even Lugarno - it'd have been quicker for us to travel to Lugarno from our place of residence at Penrith.
Nonetheless enjoyed exploring the area, was impressed with the service and food at Panania Hotel.

Always a great place to stay. Rooms are always very clean and tidy. Location is great for us as we generally stay here for business. The only bad thing we can pick is the hot water took a while to heat up. Apart from that a great place to stay

Brook is the worst receptionist I have ever met, she yelled at another receptionist who was still on training in front of us. She was rude to him and us!!! I also can’t believe there is no bottle of water in the room and I need to pay for it!!!! This hotel is 4 star and almost $200 a night. They can’t even afford water? All facilities are old. The outlet next to my bed was broken. Only good thing about this hotel is the bed is pretty comfortable.

房間臨街，所以稍微有些吵，房間內附有冰箱，並且有公共廚房可以使用，比較方便。臨近Padstow火車站，周圍也有公交車站，所以出行比較方便。

Accommodating and friendly front desk staff with great dining options in Bankstown sports. Unfortunately my room left a lot to be desired: long black hairs on hand towel, shower towel, clumps in the corner of the room, toilet seat & bowl had stains, the shower towel smelt as if it had been used, and there was only one towel despite being a twin room.
I'll chalk it up to a rushed cleaning job but pretty disappointing to be presented with that. Hope the other rooms are cleaner.
