Large rooms, quiet place, couple minutes walk from Coles and other shops, an outdoor pool, rooms with spas and foxtel and you can place an order for breakfast by 9pm the night before. The breakfast is brought to your door; juices, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, spaghetti, sausages on toast and more and it is of a good quality. Great place and helpful staff

Bigger room compare with other motel around. The whole area likes a resort style accomodations. Very close to Souverign hill tourist area.

Very modern, clean suites, love the showers, very spacious. Best mattress I’ve ever slept on, soft and comfy including the pillows. I fully recommend this place to escape to or unwind. Nice and quiet Quiet, the is fresh in beautiful Ballarat. Hope to return someday for a longer holiday.

Family enjoyed stay here. Pool, jumping pillow, playground, play room all great. Staff very helpful. Cabin was cleaned well, but needs a deep clean. Walls very dirty with old liquids and grime. Sheets were not clean. Overall though, very nice stay

This is a little gem! I really recommend staying here. My room was great. After hours check-in was fantastic. The room entry technology is amazing! The shower was nice and hot, with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable with equally comfortable pillow. There were two spare pillows. Air conditioning very good. Lovely couch in the room. Awesome cathedral ceiling - always very impressive. Full size ironing board available, microwave, toaster, kettle all included. Fridge in room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand towels and three bath towels all provided. Room smells clean on entry. The bathroom is a bit dated - especially toilet - but it does it's job. The room is huge in size. Great size room. Not much to fault with this place. There is a pool, but didn't use it and it's a bit hard to find the door to it. I would recommend staying here. It's clean and comfortable and very good value for the price. Stay here!

So many positive things to say about Sovereign Park but the 2 memorable standouts which will have us returning would have to be, the SERVICE and INDOOR HEATED POOL & SPA! The booking & check-in process were both so easy. Jen served us throughout our stay, she was immediately warm and welcoming. After checking out and having mentioned we were going to explore the Wildlife Park nearby, we had a call from Jen about some precious plush toys our daughter had left behind. She knew how important it was to get it back to us so she wasted no time in contacting us before we made our way back home. The family room was comfy & cosy, clean and included all the amenities needed. The kids had the best time in the pool, spa & sauna. Mummy even got some time to spend in the gym, nothing flashy but complete & practical. Thanks so much & keep up the great service. My sister and I with 4 teenagers and 2 large dogs (very gentle and quiet dogs) stayed in a 3-bedroom Cabin. It exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, quiet and spacious. Plenty of space for us all. Modern facilities and everything was working well. Park had plenty of green spaces for dogs and teenagers to explore. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I fully understood that the property is rated three stars. That was to be adequate for purpose However, I had extreme difficulty with the price negotiation. I found the fluidity of pricing extreme, following three phone calls in short succession on the same day the variation was $40.00, I booked at the rate $140.00 and was charged $150.00. When I pointed out to the proprietor the discrepancy the response was “ you are an awful person”, I was affronted. In terms of facility, the room is a little run down, the couch was worn and uncomfortable, there were minimal toiletries, eg, no shower caps. The security lock did not work, the plumbing was noisy I do not consider the property value for money and front of house has poor people skills. I would not stay sgsin
