SSillySallyThis is my second time staying at The Oaks with 5 other families.
We love this place, especially that the kids are able to jump into the pools from the balcony.
It is a clean resort, however daily cleaning services are lacking and we had to follow up with them to make sure our apartments were cleaned.
It’s location is great if you need to buy groceries, but must drive to reach a beach.
Parking is easily available, which made it easy for my family which includes two individuals with disabilities.
The resort accommodates to fun activities like inflatable boats in the pool.
The restaurant has some delicious fries, pizza and drinks
Jacuzzi in the apartment means you enjoy the bubbling hot water reassured it’s CLEAN without any

Cheeky Dog was ok for Friday night till 23:00
Cold breakfast was ok very standard any hot food extra charge
Level 3 room 301 has the view of the water the king room is large and comfortable
Bathroom is spotless
Comfortable but can feel my partner turning etc. but ok

PPengguna TetamuIt has been an amazing stay for us this past week. So many things we can do onsite, the indoor pool, the bowling alley, the playground, the indoor kiddie play area and more.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, close to a lot of beaches.
Kids loved it.
It’s just so perfect. Will definitely go back 😊😊

RRodHotel yang bagus untuk lokasi dari lapangan terbang (jarak berjalan kaki yang mudah). Bilik dan kemudahannya bersih tetapi sarapannya sangat rata-rata. Seorang wanita perkhidmatan dan seorang tukang masak. Wanita perkhidmatan itu sibuk bergegas. Itu baik-baik saja, tetapi ketika dia bergegas dia berkeringat dan mengusap kening dan jelas tertekan. Pasti mematikan sarapan ketika pelayan berpeluh menghidangkannya.

JJohngreat little motel close to restaurant and shops, the in house restaurant is great if you don want to walk to town,,,great food....extra parking if needed and grounds are very tidy. the rooms are quite warm at night (winter) so no need for the air con.....the restaurant stopped doing breakfast through winter so youll have to go down town,,,great cafe on the river.

LLilyA bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers.
Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove.
Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games).
Negatives:
1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old.
Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable.
Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it.

AamarI don't recommend it for small families(who have young kids).. i booked 2 bedrooms appartment and when i got there i got shoked for the bedroom how far were from each other , one bedroom upstairs and one down stairs , i don't understand how they do something like that, my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed because i won't leave them sleep that far from me.
When i booked it i didn't know that and when i asked them if they can change the room for me they said that's only what we have we don't have 1 bedroom appartment only 2 , i don't understand how come hotel like this hotel only have 2 bedrooms apparment , how come if couples want to book a 1 bedroom apparmtent ??
