Accueil chaleureux et aimable. Chambre agréable et très confortable. Personnel serviable . Très bon petit déjeuner copieux inclus avec service à la table. J’ai oublié mes EarPods dans la chambre lorsque j’ai quitté et la femme de chambre « Mary » est venue me les remettre dans le stationnement de l’hôtel lorsque je rentrais les valises dans la voiture. J’ai trouvé ce geste incroyablement gentil. Merci Mary pour ton professionnalisme.

Very helpful staff, good location near the center of town. I would say there again

In all my travels over the last few decades, I have never ever had my reservation cancelled but it happened here. When my wife and I arrived at the front desk, I gave the clerk my name and he stated that the reservation was cancelled. When I inquired as to why, he said he didn’t know and that I would have to ask the staff the next day. To add insult to injury, the price given had gone up from the price at which I had reserved. Again, I would have to take it up with the staff the next day. As if this was not enough, the clerk forgot to program our key cards. Both my wide tried to unlock our door with our cards using multiple tries at both end of the card to no avail. Back to the front desk, the clerk inserted the cards into the programming machine and he came to our room to “prove” the cards were working. They did work this time and when I inquired as to how this could be I was not given any answer. The clerk just walk away. The next day, we decided to skip breakfast and just leave. Upon our return home, I wrote an email to the hotel manager what had happened and requested an explanation as to the cancellation and to request a refund for the difference between the two rates. As I write this review, it’s been two days and I haven’t heard back from her! What kind of outfit are they running there? As for the room, it was adequate but the smell of the deodorizer they use to freshen up the room was noxious. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
