We arrived 30 mins earlier but the hotel wasn’t flexible and thoughtful and wanted to charge us $10 for early check-in. When we asked if can drop off luggage at their place, the hotel again wanted to charge $3 per piece. No hair dryer was provided in the room and we wanted to borrow from the front desk but it wasn’t available and asked to come back the next morning. We did so and they wanted to collect $20 as deposit. It’s additional hassle to use international adapter to plug in the hair dryer before able to use it."
