The boss very friendly. Nth to complain. Just stay and enjoy the location

Central location in the ancient city right next to the stepping stones and boats jetty, good central location whoever very noisy until 11:30 pm. The reception lady met us from the bus and walked us to the hotel. Nice balcony with river view. Breakfast can be bought just outside the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Fenghuang ancient town. They accepted me as a foreign guest and looked after me well, the owner met me from the bridge and walked me to the hotel. The environment of the hotel is stunning and the facilities are excellent, it's a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I booked the riverside view which was wonderful with the balcony, but you can enjoy these excellent views from the patio area even in a cheaper room. Furthermore the location is excellent, loads of good food nearby especially the Miao bing pancakes very close. Recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely come back here.

非常非常滿意的一次居住體驗，給原本預期不高的鳳凰古城之旅加了大大的分。體貼入微的高品質服務，體現在老闆親自接店、親力親為的解決用水的小插曲、送客的特產還有幫忙預訂返程高鐵站的車，最最過分的是連車費都幫忙付過了。這服務真的是超五星了，給一個大大大大的好評真的是由衷的！ 居住體驗方面，這視野也是沒誰了，整個鳳凰古城的景色一覽無餘，江面的表演在無敵全景大露台上感覺就是專場表演。配上店家準備的免費飲料、免費水果，吹着涼爽的江風，這種體驗感真的是太棒了！ 來鳳凰古城玩兒，如果這裡有房，絕對是第一個推薦！

位置很好，看翠翠表演非常方便，就在江邊。還有人接站、走的時候也會送站，環境很不錯，店員非常熱情好客哦。

在**上看到酒店的視頻，所以特意跑過來。沒有失望，酒店位置方便，晚上坐在二層露台可直接看美景。氛圍感十足，入住前，酒店會提前聯繫告訴我們怎麼到達酒店，有管家去接。退房老闆還給提供免費送站。真的很不錯，很愉快的行程。

酒店在景點最中心的位置，陽台就能看到標誌性的橋，房間佈置也很温馨，老闆非常熱情，走到虹橋去接我們還幫我們拿行李箱了，返程的時候安排車來送我們！

客棧位置十分便利，小陽台直接看江心表演。服務也很好，也很乾凈。

該酒店有一處觀光平台，晚上看鳳凰古鎮夜景燈光、欣賞表演、乘坐遊船及夜遊古鎮距離近，絕佳地點！每個房間都臨江哦！

民宿的位置是我覺得在鳳凰古鎮位置最好的地方，晚上可以直接在陽台看錶演，露台休息很舒服，天氣好的時候風景特別棒，個人覺得晚上也不會很吵。

位置特別好，房間出來就是露台，看演出不用在外面人擠人。房主人也很好，提供各種水果，小吃，飲料。還有自家釀的米酒。臨走還幫忙月出租車，提供免費送站，體驗感非常好

客觀評價下：位置沒話説，正對翠翠的江景，壞處是晚上到了凌晨一點還有遊客的聲音。對於睡眠較差的人需要慎重。服務不錯，會推薦好玩的好吃的，也會有提前的確認和攻略指引。免費供應簡單的啤酒飲料。二樓露台可以是一個免費party現場。
