房間很寬敞，設施齊全，床品很乾凈，有空調，有個超大的停車場。服務妹妹特別熱情，房間裏的電視壞了，馬上幫我們換房間。網上訂的房是沒有早餐的，服務妹妹入住時就通知我們可以去吃，很開心。就是門口的路正在修，我們繞了一大圈，才開進停車場，這個不怪酒店哈。

這個酒店讓我覺得很難評價，一方面很大，看着很不錯，價格也實在，寫了無早但是有，前台妹子服務特別好，給前台點贊。另一方面吧，不知道是有偷工減料還是啥的，很多硬件相當不給力，又沒有及時維修。比如馬桶按鍵損壞了沒修，燈也有問題。早上吃飯沒有乾糧，説是蒸箱壞了……總共沒幾家人入住，一聊普遍存在硬件問題，估計有些房間更差。其實其他都挺好的，就是硬件維修不及時，要不然會是個很讚的酒店。希望儘快改進，旺季嶄新面貌接待遊客們

房間總體算乾淨，床品也不錯。前台很臟沒人收拾。房間裏衹有燒水壺底座，也忘了給水，晚上回到房間想聯繫酒店聯繫不上。請攜程幫忙聯繫。説會送讓我等5分鐘，結果23點了還沒送，攜程告知也聯繫不上了😓然後衹能自己下樓去前台，被告知忘了！最離譜的是第二天準備走人發現房門打不開，服務員也聯繫不上，衹能電話讓另一間房的同伴去找服務員，結果很久才找到，還被説是我們自己把房間反鎖。請問，我晚上睡覺不該反鎖房門嗎？反鎖了是可以打開的，明明錯了還推卸責任，要知道酒店房門被反鎖是大忌，萬一……後果不堪設想！
其實酒店硬件在小縣城來説還是不錯的，但這服務…服務員永遠找不到，有事怎麼辦…？！
