Hotel Mountain view di Shaoxing

The hotel is part of a real estate development that has plans to build villa's along the ridges of the surroundings hills, so it is built to a high quality standard. The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

出來旅遊特意訂的這家酒店，地理位置真的沒得説，離商圈、景點都很近，步行或者打車都特別方便，出門遊玩省去不少麻煩。奔波一天回到酒店，房間整潔温馨，瞬間就能卸下疲憊。床品柔軟親膚，房間安靜不嘈雜，每晚都睡得很安穩。衞生做得特別到位，角落都清理得乾乾淨淨，設施也都嶄新完好。工作人員服務周到，細節處都考慮得很貼心。旅途住在這裏特別安心，強烈推薦給出行的朋友。

The location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

Grand House Shaoxing was an 4000 years old village which had an ancient history, villagers surname Si (姒）were Dayu‘s (大禹)tomb guards for thousands of years. Now it is as a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities ! Breakfast had many local specialties were very delicious ! It’s also had a big restaurant and wedding banquet hall ! Room is beautiful as in my photos. Hotel located only 4 KM from city centre, as taxi only cost less A$7. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed peaceful country life, also the very busy tourist spot ! I must mention all the stuff in the hotel are so helpful, specially the young man who greeted us on arrival in the rain at night, helping us changed room because I can’t get to upstairs loft ! I hope more tourists visit Shaoxing and stay in this hotel, because it is a totally different experience from big city like Shanghai or Beijing, and you will not regret it.

先科普如何從新昌安嵐去網紅村下巖貝（很少看到網上有人説！！！）⬇️⬇️ 打電話給對應的商家説是要過去用餐，店老闆會開車來接，吃完飯老闆會把人送回酒店（親身實踐：一般吃飯的店可以，喝咖啡的店鋪不行） 下面來説一説住了三天兩晚個人的體驗感 先説優點✅👍 1. 酒店的地理位置確實是絕佳：依山傍水每間房都是獨棟別墅 2. 酒店的登雲梯是一大特色，乘坐登雲梯前往懸崖頂端喝下午茶，真的是非常的享受。而且登雲梯➕崖景下午茶，真的給人別樣的體驗，很出片～ 3. 酒店打掃的阿姨非常勤快，在沒有特別囑咐的情況下也會打掃的乾乾淨淨 4. 泳池吧的雞尾酒好喝，搭配藍天白雲青山泳池，喝點🍹非常非常幸福～ 下面説説需要改進的地方⬇️❌ 説這些純碎是不想浪費這酒店這麼好的選址和景色，希望細節能有提升！！給前來住宿的客人更好的體驗感，而不是衹有好的出片 1. 接電話的工作人員➕辦理入住的前台態度不耐煩👉🏻在住宿兩天晚上，主動打電話問是否有升房權益，工作人員電話不耐煩（有一種自己見多識廣在給井底之蛙科普的高傲） 2. 好多工作人員就沒有耐心聽顧客説話，顧客問的問題還沒説完就被打斷，然後回答的也不是顧客問的，非常敗好感 3. 接駁車真的很少！！每次叫接駁車都要等10分鐘左右，響應太慢了！！工作人員解釋説：酒店太大了……趕巧了，這個假期住了4家度假酒店，3家有接駁車的，而且酒店都很大很大，衹有安嵐響應速度是最慢的…… 4. 工作人員都不熱情，好多人看到客人不主動問好……接駁車小哥的説話口氣還沒有顧客客氣……這個我覺得是酒店管理方的問題❌就説接駁車吧，大夏天的户外開來開去，人員嚴重不足就意味着他們的工作量加價加倍，又這麼熱，真的很難有好臉色好脾氣 5. 前台溝通有障礙且不專業……和前台説要一輛接駁車載我們看看酒店景色（不是用車高峯時間段），結果接駁車小哥過來的時候説完全不知道這個事……小夥伴牛皮筋不見了，就想問前台要根牛皮筋（期間有阿姨來主動打掃過），前台讓阿姨帶着整理的垃圾到房間，阿姨感覺好可憐，就差當場翻垃圾證明了……我們衹是要根牛皮筋而已，中間溝通的人真的讓人無語，可憐了打掃的阿姨 6. 酒店早餐品種不豐富，且味道很一般 7. 房間內垃圾桶放置不合理：諾大的房間衹有衞生間和洗手枱各一個垃圾桶，應該再給一個垃圾桶，用於房間日常扔垃圾的（雖然我們打電話問前台要了一個） 8. 酒店的泳池設定也不合理，夏天這麼熱户外泳池毫無遮擋，玩水很容易曬傷。剛巧在住你家前兩天也住了一家度假酒店，人家崖頂的無邊泳池就在不影響美觀的前提下種了一棵樹，哪怕是下午玩水也有一點樹蔭！！這樣的話，泳池在盛夏就不是擺設，而是真的能用的！！ 9. 餐巾紙不是全新未開封的，電話了才送來…… 💰價格：暑假的工作日4000/2晚 這還是團購過後超級優惠的價格，日常最起碼2500一晚的酒店，細節要好好提升下哦。不要讓後續入住的客人失望了

Very nice hotel on the mountain top. Surroundings are beautiful. it's quite new, built with traditional Chinese architecture. Sunset view is amazing. There is no dedicated child play area, no kids game or puzzles as mentioned in the amenities. * Staff need more training to handle kids. No buffet breakfast, just a set meal with no western options. Nothing is complementary even small water bottles. We had a feeling that they want to earn maximum money from guests. For every small thing they want us to pay. *They were kind enough to let us check out 2 hours late. Firstly they asked for 200 rmb extra but later they show curtesy. Big thanks to them.

This is a place for a relaxing holiday to recharge. The property has a lot of history in it and the hotel has different activities to keep you busy (if you want to stay “busy”). Perfect for a quiet and relaxing time with family. But if you are looking for a typical trip packed with popular sightseeing spots, the location of this hotel is not ideal.

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

Home Inn is always a reliable choice wherever you go. This one was in a great location, near all sorts of food, shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Something was stolen from my motorcycle that night, which i hope isn’t a common problem there because the hotel itself was very good.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
