What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. This was our very first time in Shaoxing and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Beautiful location, comfortable room and incredible staff. The breakfast was always very good, with a variety of choices and occasionally offering a buffet style breakfast. The front desk staff was so helpful, assisting us with communicating with the airport and airlines to retrieve our delayed luggage. As foreigners struggling with a language barrier we were so grateful. The staff was also more than accommodating for any requests we had (borrowing a heater, restaurant recommendations, etc.) We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shaoxing.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I enjoyed exploring the local cuisine, which was a wonderful complement to my stay. The homestay offered remarkable value for money, combining comfort with an authentic cultural experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met while allowing me the space to find my own rhythm. If you’re looking for a place to clear your mind and connect with your inner self, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. It’s a true haven where traditional beauty meets modern-day tranquility. 酒店地理位置不錯，去到上虞各景點距離不遠，酒店周邊有萬達可以逛吃，尤其體育館在旁邊，看演唱會可以首選這裏住。前台很熱情周到，有求必應，見我們三人入住還送了早餐，很棒。餐廳在頂樓，可以看着風景悠閑享用早餐。缺陷就是這個房型沒沙發，坐躺不美。

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
