酒店大廳沒有明顯指示牌，前台幫辦完入住後工作人員沒有任何交代，自助餐時間什麼的都沒提示，甚至沒有提示房間具體位置，問到才説，房間設施和裝修也比較老舊，兩間房同房型毛巾架款式都不一樣，其中一間紙杯都沒配備，房間裏衹有兩套桑拿服和浴袍，帶小朋友需要用桑拿服和浴袍還需要去女賓室單獨拿各壓100塊錢按金，退桑拿服和浴袍也必須拿回女賓室，總體體驗不好。餐廳也很一般，自助餐基本上吃不了什麼，菜少且不好吃，飲料區2台飲料機空擺着接不了任何飲料，問服務員回答説機器壞了，衹有白水，酒店位置問題，也點不到外賣。温泉水質挺好，這個可能是唯一的加分項。

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. We enjoyed walking in their stone forest park. The breakfast was ok. The private hot spring at the balcony was the best! I would love to come back one day. All the ladies working at the reception were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet of the nature.

The hotel is located in the town surrounded by shops, very convenient. There is a night market behind the hotel. Can get many types of local food there. Food is cheap here. The hotel also provides free transport to shilin Stone Forest.
The room is big and comfortable.

各方面都不錯。前台接待女孩很務實，不卑不亢，平易近人，忙忙碌碌，很好的。房間設施衞生都不錯。主要問題是早餐沒有不辣的蔬菜，“微辣”其實仍然比較辣。建議店家今後照顧到全國各地口味。

剛進去讓我還不適應，酒店太大了，感覺整個酒店就我門一家客人，前台也就兩個服務員，和她們聊天才得知這個酒店主要是接待會議，散客較少。早餐是在前台點的，然後早上送到房間。
整體設備偏舊，晚上空調不給力（中央空調不給力，裝了個小空調就在陽台上）給父母加了一床被子還是覺得冷，優點是離景點很近，逛完景區有個後門穿過來十分鐘就可以走到賓館。

公寓住起來很舒服，環境也特別安靜，就是晚上路上暗了點，不過老闆人特別好，出門迎接，還帶着孩子看星星。重點是停車方便，就在旁邊，缺少東西了方便自取。老闆也特別風趣，哪裡有好吃的都很好的推薦。幫助很大。

本來訂其他溫泉酒店的最貴的標間，因為訂房不成功，平台給了兌換優惠券退而求其次附近的這個酒店，酒店房間設施比較老舊，拖鞋放衣櫃間、鞋底特臟，估計從不洗刷刷，衛生間瓷磚地板、牆角水垢沒處理好，估計是從不專業保養清洗，有水垢長時間就會顯舊和臟，馬桶容易堵塞，整個酒店環境還是可以的，服務不知道了，與服務人員沒怎接觸，早餐非常簡單，沒有現場主播說的豐盛，因為房間價格與之成正比，五百左右以內的房間很難有豐盛的早餐，不要想太多了，如果你住這裏三百左右的性價比成正比吧

出門在外！對客棧最深的印象就是像家一樣温暖！環境好！老闆娘人好，對我們孩子特別好特別有耐心！剛到那天晚上因為路上耽擱，凌晨一點多才到，客棧老闆娘姐姐還在等我們！也沒有不耐煩，反而還熱情的招待我們！第二天正趕元宵節，老闆娘還特意買的元宵回來煮的吃！下次去石林還去客棧住！強烈推薦！👍

對於第一天的入住體驗很不滿意，給了差評之後店方相關負責人人積極響應，當天從其他地方趕來督促改進，並且再次邀請我們入住審視改進成果，對於這點給個大大的贊，能感受到對入住客人提出的建議的重視。相關負責人也跟我們解釋了原因，也改進了我們提出的意見，當天就跟換了大被子。前台小哥態度也很好，只是有時候忙於管理另外一個店會不在這個店。店內環境很好都是真實的綠植，屋頂上也種滿了多肉，環境很好，陽台坐着可以辦公聊天喝茶，很舒服。房間是複式結構，樓下是衞生間跟淋浴間，還有一個休閑區有個小沙發。店門口就可以免費停車，早餐的話需要自行出去外面吃。

PPengguna TetamuMy stay was absolutely a delightful experience. The host Chu Da is a kind, sensitive, and gracious person. He made sure that our needs are met. He volunteered to drive us to Shilin scenic area, free of charge. He was always there to help us. That level of hospitality and generosity is very moving. He rendered our relationship more than just a business transaction. He is very sincere and available to help, and yet not intrusive. He is a man of few words, and even came across as a very shy and reserved person. But it was a pleasure to be around him. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is an ideal host. His house is aesthetically pleasing and tasteful and enjoys state-of-the-art facilities. My room felt like a five-star-hotel room with a balcony. The backyard gives the whole house a space of tranquility. Chu Da apparently loves life and living. All the plants and flowers both inside and outside of the house are well cared for. Chu Da has a son who was there too. I find his son a delightful child who resembles his father in both appearance and personality. Their house is centrally located in the Yi Ethnic Village and yet enjoys a very secluded corner that feels very private. With all these amazing qualities, this place is yet so affordable. The level of service that I received made me feel that it’s actually underpriced. Highly recommending this place to you. I would stay there if I were going back, which is very likely given that I had such a wonderful, albeit brief, visit.

SSophita23Excellent stay. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. Everything's well adapted for traveling families. The rooms are spatious and clean. We even had a fridge and and a washing machine. That made it even more enjoyable and home-like. On the 7th floor there is a lovely lounge area and a nice terrace.
The location is also amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. There is a shopping mall nearby and lots of tasty food stalls just across the road.
Note: Foreigners are perfectly accepted to stay here.

PPengguna TetamuIch habe zwei Nächte dort verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte alle üblichen Annehmlichkeiten (Wasserkocher, Föhn). Das Bett war ziemlich hart.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Stone Forest, aber man kann zum Ticket Office in ca. 20 min laufen oder per Taxi fahren.
Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und in nächster Nähe auch einige Restaurants.
Schräg gegenüber kann man Busfahrkarten nach Kunming kaufen bzw. fährt dort auch der Bus ab.

The rooms were nice and affordable, the staff even advised us on where to go for the best experience in shilin. We had so much fun, would definitely recommend to a friend. 😄😄
